with you on that enteleon, but would add this for consideration,
Chinese company Tinci are building an electrolyte manufacturing plant in CR to produce 100,000t they supply CATL and recently signed with Tesla, they have chosen CR to be close to their customers.
Zinnwald lithium is planning to fast track to production and produce lithium fluoride initially:
The integrated plant has been designed to initially process 522,000 t of ore per year (average of first 5 years of production), producing 5,112 tpa of lithium fluoride, (7,285tpa LCE). The plant will scale up to process up to 600,000 tonnes of ore per year over the life of the mine.
From a commissioned report by Deutsche lithium in 2019
Fraunhofer estimates, that mid-case consumption of LiF in electrolyte production will be in the range of 20,000 t/a to 40,000 t/a by 2030, depending on LiF density remaining in the electrolyte in the range of 5 % to 10 %.
So maybe Zinnwald will concentrate on lithium fluoride with EMH lithium carbonate and hydroxide to supply European customers -
And as it happens Tinci's factory in Bohumin is just 27Km from the He3da battery plant Horní Suchá near Havirov - remember He3da signed a memorandum with EMH so another possible customer for both electrolyte and carbonate/hydroxide.
Some further background Tinci currently produce 50,000t of electrolyte in China and have more plants under construction to reach a capacity of 450,000t (electrolyte material) so maybe up to 45,000t of lithium salts /fluoride
