I wouldn't be surprised if Ganfeng has a Giga factory in Mexico by 2023, they are a battery producer and have R&D and production in China with many types of lithium batteries including solid-state. Many of the major car producers have factories there, GM, Honda, Ford, VW, BMW, Toyota, Mercedes Benz, Nissan plus others as well as many collaborations.
