Current ownership of the Avalonia Project is through a joint venture company, owned 55% by Ganfeng Lithium and 45% by ILC. In addition, Ganfeng Lithium has an option to acquire another 24% by either incurring CAD $10 million expenditures on exploration activities or delivering a positive feasibility study on the project, at which time the ownership will be 79% Ganfeng Lithum and 21% ILC.

Some good memories of northern beer-drinking MJFMSG, probably the best I have was Barnard Castle and the pub lockins on the High street - I was working at Glaxo contracting in 1985 ish, great beer and a great place with friendly people, also worked Hartlepool.

Royal Dutch Shell said today that it is acquiring 100% of Ubitricity, the UK’s largest public electric vehicle charging network. The amount of the acquisition is undisclosed, and the deal is expected to close later in 2021
