The question was which figures or words from the 25 report keep you invested - no answer!

I never said there were any “macro events that only impacted DEC” - you just made that up! I said there were world events that impacted the share price: interest rates, ESG concerns, lower Gas prices, shorters etc.

I’ve told you multiple times I don’t know how long acquisitions will take to feed through to share price - think you want Mystic Meg. Looks like they are starting to feed through now though!

How is it my short corrections of your factual inaccuracies are an obsession but your repetitive long winded, tedious replies aren’t?

Guess playing Devil’s Advocate, since first production notified on 23 Feb, Hex haven't actually stabilised production, filled a tanker, agreed a price and made a delivery.

Some (those here) happy to invest at this “speculative” stage, the majority probably want a bit more certainty and a bit less risk / uncertainty.

Patience normally rewarded if you believe the potential. 😀

How about a positive post where you tell us which metrics it is that keeps you invested?

Debt leverage down

Reserves up

Yep debt up - but we know that’s the strategy

Yep Interest costs high - but that’s the cost of the strategy.

I (and the rest of the market seemingly) think the report was good enough to underpin a significant and maintained share price rise and get a large secondary offering away at a price a couple of $s higher than SP from mid Jan.

Across all the words and numbers in the annual report and AoC’s linked document there must be something you like or will admit to using as a metric to keep you invested.

Can’t see production resuming in next few weeks and payments will be months after that, if not longer. IOCs have been acting as free loans to KRG for decades with delayed or non-payments.

I’ve jumped out at £1.97 - 15% profit will do me.

Worya - the link provided by AoC is very detailed and very useful.

For the two spot dates he references, the estimated reserves are as he states. The reserves are both gas and oil.

However, it’s not as simple as the increase in reserves over the 3 years has cost the difference in the debt amounts as overall reserves have been reduced by 3 years of production (and reserve corrections) and been paid for by various combinations of cash in hand, debt and equity. A complex picture!

But as you say, today both UK and US markets have closed at or above secondary offering price and DEC have bought 3.75 mn shares 😀

AoC - where did you get the declared reserves for end of 25 please?

All I can see in the report is declared value of reserves of $5.2 bn. Dividing this by average realised price per Mcfe of about $4.3 gives a substantially different figure to the one you quote.

If we accept report numbers then we have $3 bn of debt (plus interest) underpinning $5.2bn of reserves. And the likelihood is that the value of reserves will increase over time.

Last try Terry - the “adj” in front of FCF is short for adjusted! It is adjusted for one offs (though it does include land sales - over 12 months these are more likely to be similar Y on Y than Q to Q). If they sell less then the number might reduce but that’s the same for all sorts of other incomes / expenditure.

Let’s just use the DEC figures then we’re all clear.

I note you haven’t tried to do your normal extra adjustment of the adjusted FCF to support your point this time - guess cos you know it’ll still be up 😀.

Hopefully £12 ish is now a support level and share price can stabilise a bit until next financial update (or bid approach).

And just as importantly Adj FCF / share will increase as number of shares reduces.

See if Terry can manipulate that into a reducing adj FCF / share to continue the emotional negativity!

Direct from DEC 25 annual report, first table so even you should be able to find it.

Adj FCF Q4 24 was $53mn

Adj FCF Q4 24 was $152mn

That’s up 187%. The number of shares had not increased by anything like that so adj FCF / share over the Q4 year was UP!

Adj FCF FY 24 was $210mn

Adj FCF FY 25 FY was $440mn

That’s up 110%

Yep number of shares increased but not by over 100% so adj / FCF has gone UP!

The rest of your tedious post is just trying to disguise the fact you are WRONG again because you can’t get over your emotional negativity.

Performance over last 5 years has been poor - yep but that doesn’t change the numerical calculations from 2025 report.

I notice you didn’t calculate special Terry adj FCF / share from last accounts Terry.

Assumed that was because it had gone up again and countered your doom narrative.

I’m all for optimism but to see relegation from the FTSE100 as a positive “probably for the best” is a stretch too far.

Will lead to all sorts of tracker sells closer to changeover day.

I’d imagine Mike Myers has already written the film script 😀

Unless buying or selling in first 15 minutes I just ignore 0800 prices across a range of shares. Spreads are large and big swings seem to be based on tiny trades.
