What is EMS?

The EMS or exchange market size is the minimum number of shares that a market maker is obliged to quote a firm two way price on the trading system. This does not ensure the price is equal to the market quoted price at that time.

Bottom line, a good result/hit on the Patterson South Project means the gloves are finally off and well into 'Offensive Mode' IMHO.

I agree wholeheartedly with your viewpoints re an ASX listing and raising even more funds followed by consolidation or vice versa.

It was my understanding from previous interviews with SD, that this would only take place from a position of 'Strength', and that to me means a higher SP for starters.

Lets learn to walk before we run, get some cashflow in from Havieron and then decide where we go from there would be my own personal choice.

At the end of the day as others have already stated we will simply have to wait to see what transpires, but more importantly we will have a vote on what is proposed I do believe.

How will that work then?

1. For a start any offer would have to be agreed as an appropriate offer by the BOD's before being put to shareholders to vote upon etc.

2. Shares not in plublic hands are circa 34%, ie directors & ex director.

I cannot imagine for 1 second the BOD's would simply throw in the towel at such an early stage of development and say OK lads 5p it is, can you??

My analysis.

1. The recent daily trading volumes do not support such a claim. The average daily volume over the last 3 months is 48.4m. https://www.investing.com/equities/golden-saint-tech.

Bottom line the reason for a fall/lull in the SP has nothing to do with what Llloyd88 suggests, folk need to take a balanced perspective and what it is that GST are trying to achieve here. LLoyd is only here for one reason and that is to try and scare away new investors, and above all he does not understand what GST is about, and even more he does not understand the acceptance by the UK and USA of stablecoin as a means of payment that will revolutinise this Trllion dollar industry.

Don’t think so, by that time ,the SP should be a lot higher IMHO.

GST should have completed the testing phase (assuming the FCA grant approval to test) and then we move on quickly to commercialization of the stablecoin based payment system.
