Let's have a closer look at Rogers claims.
1. 'Over a fortnight since the market was told GST had failed to gain admission to Sandbox testing and not a word more from the CEO. '
2. 'Surely they must have had a contingency plan for failure so they could stem the tide of sellers if they got the thumbs down from FCA? Er, no, it doesn't look like it. '

'Ans: No1. We don't require further comment from the CEO because he has already told us what is happening. GST have already explained via investor relations, that GST will not under any circumstances offer a blow by blow /daily account of their dealings with the FCA, simply because the FCA take a very dim view of such behaviour. So, the most one can expect is a simple RNS as they did respond on the 30th June.
Tone Goh, Chairman of GST, commented: "Since the launch of GS Money stablecoins in late November 2021, we have made considerable progress, not only in this area but also with our other GS Money offerings. Although we initially viewed admission of our stablecoins to the FCA Regulatory Sandbox as an ideal next step, we understand and appreciate the FCA's rigorous admission criteria. Therefore, we are very pleased to have been offered a place on their Innovations Pathway programme. This opportunity will enable GST to benefit further from the guidance of the FCA and I would like to thank them for their assistance and feedback through the application process. We do not view this as a setback in any way, but rather as an alternative and appropriate pathway offered by the FCA. We look forward to providing further updates, as appropriate, as we progress.
Ans No2.
Contingency plan ???
From GST in above RNS

That's it folks, something Rodger 65 failed to point out and you have to question why ? or more importantly maybe ask the question, Is he really that thick he can't even read a RNS?
