We would have to look closely at what IGAS expenses and overheads and cashflow etc, are versus UKOG etc, in order to come up with a like to like comparison.

The fact is that UKOG is a newborn babe

.IGAS have some years ahead in terms of experience etc.

Anyway, that does not really matter Imo, at this stage of the game.

What really matters though, if trying to compare Market Caps (At This Stage of the Game) are Assets! and what the potential exploitation of those Assets are worth.

I would not get hung up (At this Stage of the Game) in trying to make a comparison as it will lead you no where.

We have to take UKOG as seperate identity, and try and understand that it will make it's own way in the world, and then when it hopefully starts to develop it's assets, we think about whether we wish to remain invested or otherwise.

It's as simple as that in my book, it's far too early as yet, to make a disinvestment decision.

Ok using a crane instead of a rig, but it is clear to me that new perforations have always been planned for HH-1 as part of the EWT's as stated below.

'Workover operations will be required to prepare the existing HH-1 well for EWTs and will require the use of a workover rig. The workover rig will be mobilised to the site to remove the deepest barrier, ........make new perforations....... and install flow test equipment and rod pumping equipment prior to each round of testing. '

I personally think, UKOG has Legs, in other words if HH comes off then it's run to the next base. Horndean, Broadford Bridge, Merkwells Wood, Isle of Wight?

I'm much like yourself a very poor trader, its so unpredictable and hard to get it right, most particularly under a near stable SP situation as of now, and MM's varying spreads as and when the they smell blood.

Overall however, my punt on UKOG is like all holders, a calculated gamble.

I am in at an average of 2.67p and am reasonably confident that I will at the very least, break even, and but even better make a decent profit come the Portland results.

My objective is to sell half of my holding on the Portland results, and free ride from there onwards.

At what point in UKOGS development/ results (Eg, BOPD ?) , or at what metric, would you invest in UKOG if at all?

In other words,

Don’t get hung up on the per-share price of a stock when you're making your evaluation. It really doesn’t tell you anything. Focus instead on the company's market cap to get a picture of the company’s value in the marketplace.

So further development, investment in assets, further oil wells producing, etc maybe financed in part by new issues or bank loans etc will not have an overall detrimental effect on the value of the company if net cash flows are positive. In other words the number of shares in issue is irrelevant.

We all accept dilution will be an issue until positive cashflow is achieved (ie, If new issues are required to fund growth of assets/development) , however, if and when positive cashflow is achieved..........(If) , then the number of shares issued are surely irrelevant as the value of the company will rise accordingly??

ie, results of EWT's, ie, Commercial Flows, etc.

I think you will find buried within either one of the RNS's or reports from memory, that UKOG or HH Dev, are already minded to apply for a production licence in advance based upon the current coming EWT's from memory.
