What you have to try and understand is that 'Explorers', like UKOG need to raise cash at some point in their development/growth.

We are now at a 'Pinnacle Moment'.

A moment that all being well, will start to reverse the decline in value via continued dilution.

If HH is eventually declared commercial followed by production in 2019, then that in itself will contribute towards funding and moving forwards onto the next prospect.

It's all incremental, slowly, slowly, catch the monkey.

Well imo, Wonga deserved to go the wall, they were far too aggressive and greedy and fleeced their customers.

Thinking further abreast, I reckon the 'Accurate Reporting' petition was most likely rejected because it would compromise the City, ie the UK earns a good percentage of GDP from financial services and to open up it for all and sundry would also compromise GDP?

We minnows just have to put up with that imbalance for the greater good of the UK economy. :)

Tax revenues are what are leading any such decisions.

So what this boils down to perhaps is, if the market had full transparency of a buy or a sell, the market makers might be compromised in that the market would have a heads up on what it was they they were trying to achieve?

That maybe is the reason why the recent 'Accurate Reporting' petition failed to gain any support.

The big question is, yes we have the technology to report accurately, but we don't have the political will to carry it out it would seem because of too many vested interests.
