Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Listened to Liam's interview all good.
Was pleased he asked about the meaning of the 'Sunset Clause' which most folk on here already well understand.
For me, my understanding is that this will come into effect in April, and as far we as we all know hasn't changed?
It's all a matter of time really, can you hang on to your shares or do you need the cash right now? If not sit it out as the shorters/manipulators are trying to convince you otherwise.
Wait for it , Joubert will soon be along now to give his viewpoint. 🤣
Hi Baznick,
Agree 100% re websites, been saying same thing over the past few years.
GST need to pay far more attention than they do in modernising and updating their websites.
It is after all, their shop window to the world!
@Baznicke
Think you are out of step with currently reported progress re GS20 , read the RNS from 21st Dec 2023
'The soft launch of the Company's GS20 Exchange was successfully completed and a wider roll-out was commenced'
RNS Number : 5179X

Forget the Trolls.
What's everyone's opinion of accretive news arriving over the next or month or so?
For me , I reckon we will get an Innovative Pathway result/indication by at least the end of February plus confirmation of our purchase agreement for 66.67% interest in Semnet Pte Ltd.
How many of you think there maybe another placing/cash raise to fill the coffers again?
Bellers,
Interesting post, more of the same s---e?, let's hope not.
I'd like to think we have now become sufficiently battle hardened by now & are supported by some very experienced BOD team members whom have already been down the same road before having seen it so many times before.
At the end of the day it's all about whats written in the JV contract that counts, no matter where your top legal man comes from, it works both ways.
Funny how it's just before the 'Sunset Clause' in April?
MH01,
Re: Short Sellers Shaking etc.
I hold a few shares in DEC for the dividend etc. Today DEC issued an RNS to counter the shorters narrative of lies and misinformation, it was very interesting as the then SP rose by about 10% as a result of DEC's RNS. Now to add to that we have a superb article by a chap called 'The Oak Bloke' who absolutely ridicules the shorters and is worth a read.
https://theoakbloke.substack.com/p/dec-orum-est-loqui-verum?r=2y9mrf
Thing is, not all shorters make money, their strategy is primarily based on 2 axioms , a) They the shorter know the company is in actual difficulty or the company is not disclosing something of relevance? (not the case at all with GGP IMHO) . In the main, the shorter tries a bluff of 'Continuous Rinse & Repeat strategy in the hope that over time PI's will simply throw the towel in because it must be true being that this has been going on for so long now?
That's the achilles heel of the fed up PI, so take note and be aware of the shorters rationale /thinking .
Our latest known GGP shorter, Actusraypartners it would seem are sailing very close to the wind so far and overall are actually losing money, thank God.
https://shorteurope.com/history_player.php?player=ACTUSRAYPARTNERS%20LIMITED&land=united_kingdom
So the moral of this story is simply this, if the fundamentals are sound, the market for Gold & Copper is sound, the management are sound, the main shareholders (Wyloo) are sound, etc, etc.........there is absolutely zero reason why you as PI...... should even question throwing the towel in unless you absolutely need to ,for financial reasons.
Sit it out if you can, we are already starting our Lassonde journey albeit slowly, not long now IMHO.
Bottom line,
Hold onto your shares, you paid good money for them, let the market makers fight between themselves as they will do so for sure in order to frighten you to sell, so ignore them and the generated volatility..
Volatility is what the MM's thrive upon, don't play along with their game, simply sit back and relax.
Those that take such an approach will come out far better in the long run than those whom think they can make a smart trade and quickly get back in at a lower price.
With all the expected news in the pipeline that is due, trading for peanuts right now is IMHO a very risky option.
GLA! may the 'Force' be with you! :O)
