Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Pointless Threads usually lead to Pointless Arguments.
I'm waiting patiently in the wings and expect to see some real action by July re formal Govt approval of stabelecoin etc.
Suggest others do the same instead of swamping the board with non essential drivel!
With respect MasterRSI,
1. We this BB that is, have seen such an approach and postings so many times before over the years etc.
2. Secondly, I am sure you will agree that no one, not even you can predict the future?
The best analogy we all have at this moment in time is the Lassonde Curve, and that theoretical construct has so far been true, ie 38p at height of exploration /drillling/Hav 5/ find by Callum & GGP.
So what's next?
Subject to a succesful purchase of NEM's 70% ownership of Havieron, and revised FS & positive DTM we will remain somewhat stagnant SP wise IMO.
Investors require confidence in the ability to move forward and yes today's RNS was positive but there is still a long way to go before we start moving up that curve and institutional investors need to show their hand greater than they have already done so, IMHO.
It's a great curve and makes an awful lot of sense to me.

This is what will be driving my own sentiment plus VOLUME of course, not a mere blip or two in candle or Hammer patterns etc.
You curently have no sight of anything other than an RNS/volume as we all do.
@SMTP, Re:' Everyonesawinner, short answer is no, institutional selling isnβt shown the same as private retail buys and sells.'
Don't know how you come to that conclusion., all trades are recorded on the London Stock Exchange in general, be they delayed or held back for reporting by a day or two at most, and any such trades are usually of a larger volume/number in my experience,
Volume today was paltry was it not?

Re:('dispapointing lull after friday's trading frenzy (and that's another one i don't get: sellers below the placing price!).
Already made their profit by forward/ upfront selling prior to placement RNS, so just getting shut of the last remaining odd million , IMHO.
The Chocolate Fireside Association are I believe one of the main reasons why many companies are leaving the London Stock exchange right now.
Jolly is 100% correct in that we actually need to get a grip, in other words 'Regulate' the markets to bring back confidence.
We all know the market is BENT as HELL! and requires reform on a grand scale!!
Nothing like a 'Word Soup' essay to concentrate the mind?
Re: Buying back shares?...what would that be for then?
Only case in my mind for that would be a saving on paying out dividends, no where near that stage as of yet , many hurdles yet to be got over before that happens, it at all.
Overall, I personally prefer debt rather than even more share dilution.
Re: What a Week.
My general observations without proof of course was that shares were forward sold prior to the Placing RNS, in the full knowledege that they could be bought back at the placing price or lower as seems to have happened in part?.
I put my thoughts about this to IR's on the 25/04/24, but have as yet received no answer, don't think I ever will.
So today the 26/04/24 we receive a new RNS stating that the admission date of the Placing Shares (the "Placing Shares") will now be on 29 April 2024 and not on or around 8 May 2024 as was originally stated. Why????
My other point was this:
'Obviously GST must have known about the placing before the corporate update so why did they not combine both news events in one RNS?
Also why were GST existing shareholders not allowed to take part in this placing?

Forward selling of placement shares should be banned.

Don't worry Lebuge, as SD has said the shorters whom are showing their hand on here for the last few months ,and ever so increasingly as of late, will have to buy back, can't wait to see their open gaping mouths when SD announces a deal.π€©π€©π€©

Some/Entity has been buying /accumulating is what took place IMHO.
I kept a record of all transactions for the 23/04/24 and can confirm that Buys far far outweighed sells.
There were many, many transactions for a buy / sell of the exact same volume which to me suggested they were either moves from Trading to ISA/SIPP transactions or were simply MM to MM, more than likely?
The fact is that there is no rationale at all to lower the SP given the transactions for the 23/04/24 other than there must have been a large order that MM's were trying to fill in the background.
Or those whom did the placings were simply buying them back after selling the day before to rinse and repeat?
All of course IMHO.
Hi Billy,
Too many Yahoo Boy's on here as of late, sit it out folks lets hope the placing which incidentally annoyed me too is 'Accretive', ie a simple purchase of revenue/profit generation.ππ
