Racer,
Sure you'll be a millionaire if your average is less than a penny, many like me are not so lucky.
However, I do not plan to sell anytime soon unless an offer that is accepted by all shareholders, that compells us to do so, ie acceptance.
Let's hope that any such supported offer that is 'Mouth Watering' but at thesame time is highly subjective depending on your own position etc will need to be a good offer to succeed, and what that offer might be is anyones guess.
Bottom line, I cannot see it happening in all honesty unless we maybe see some left of field movements from Wyloo? Rio? who would like to take a 100% stake of Havieron, you just can never tell?
Whatever happens in the next 6 months will provide a white knuckle ride for most investors.
All went through nicely today using this years allowance so pleased, only lost about 2200 shares for Bed&ISA, about £26 cost n total for 890,000 shares !. All nicely tucked away now in my ISA, plus the rest!.
My forecast FWIW re Pathway is July 24 after having read this.

Cannot recall who posted this, but thanks anyway!
MH01,
Re: Getting onto the ASX, my understanding was that Sean had put that move on ice for now, not just because of awaiting for NEM decisions etc, but more because it wasn't required anymore/at this time? and because of changes being made to the London Stock Exchange listing rules, that would enable Aussie institutions to invest via the London Stock Exchange?
That's the way I read it anyway, maybe wrong, but I agree the sooner we get ourselves onto the main London market and/ or the ASX the better for all investors.

I actually think that ultimately , we will end up with a cross listing as envisaged on the ASX, but that will be after we have sorted out the 70% Havieron conundrum.
Maybe the shorters have watched Liam's great interview with Calum Baxter plus knowing that GGP have the LROR ,have now suddenly decided that they need to make a quick exit?
Great interview Liam many thanks, would advise all to watch this maybe 2 or 3 times until it all sinks in.
GGP are now in a very advantageous position IMHO.

Detectorist strikes gold with largest ever nugget found under English soil.
A veteran metal detectorist hit the jackpot when he turned up late to a group dig only to stumble across the largest gold nugget ever found in England after just 20 minutes of searching.
Richard Brock, 67, travelled three-and-a-half hours from his home in Somerset in May 2023 to join an organised expedition on farmland in the Shropshire Hills.
Despite his metal detector not in full working order, Mr Brock, who has been metal detecting for 35 years, discovered the biggest find of his life after unearthing a 64.8-gram (about 2.28 ounces) golden nugget.

Once this S---T is all sorted out and the BOE/FCA have got their act together??? we willl then move forwards.
For now it is clearly abundant that GST IMHO are simply waiting on regulatory clarity/approval as to how all of this is sewn together.
Also bear in mind that this is a Rishi Sunak aspiration, so lets hope this all gets done and dusted before the next GE, ie October latest prediction?

Interesting hobby if you have the time?
‘Shorters prob hate long term investors.’ .
Yep that’s me, hold for Gold!

Short & Distort
•Short-and-distort is an illegal market manipulation scheme that involves shorting a stock and then spreading false information in an attempt to drive down its price.
•Short-and-distort is the inverse of the better known and also illegal pump-an-dump tactic.
•Negative opinions about a stock are a constitutionally protected speech, as distinct from false claims spread for profit as in a short-and-distort manipulation
•To protect against such schemes, research the stocks you own to more easily discern false claims, and try not to overreact to dramatic price moves in response to unverified information.
We have seen quite a few 'Scaremongers' on here over the last 2 years , have we not?

Wholly disagree with the notion that in order to create ‘Liquidity’ we should somehow require shorter’s, absolute Bolocks?
Anyway matters have and are now swiftly moving onwards, most especially because of the LROR clause. One way or another, I actually think GGP will secure the remaining 70% ownership of Havieron, simply because as already pointed out by Hydro and others this clause is Havieron specific !! , and does not tie us to also including the purchase of Telfer.
So what then if nobody wants Telfer without a ready supply of ore? plus NEM are facing a large decommissioning & restitution cost whilst might already be provisioned for would be a huge gain to them if got rid off to someone else?
So, IMO I can see an amicable deal being done ASAP as NEM will want to put this to bed , IMHO.
The sooner the shorters realise this the sooner they will start to close their position.
So in final conclusion who has been selling over this last 12 months past?
Chong Loong Fatt Garies et Raphael ? just my guess FWIW. 😔😔😔
Once these Guy's are fully out or otherwise expect a re-rate upwards on news of progress on many awaited fronts?
For clarification:
RE: This figure is more or less correct as Chong Loong Fatt Garies should not be included in the number that I had previously arrived at that ie 25% which is now potentially incorrect.
When you take away Chong Loong Fatt Garies holdings of 151.4M holdings you arrive more or less at the GST website figure of 16.3% etc
Anyway, just found out something else today re 'Shares Not in Public Hands'
It is reported on the GST website, that SNIPH's stands at circa 16%. This figure is more or less correct as Chong Loong Fatt Garies should not be included in the number, as he is not a director of GST anymore and no longer has any connection with the company.
He was previously shown as a Director and owning some 151.4M shares, so the gist of my post is that maybe though not 100% provenas yet , is that Chong Loong Fatt Garies has been selling a few here anf there??
'To summarise, although ShareSoc encourages investors to invest directly in companies, and act like owners, if you are in a nominee account you are not legally a shareholder. You are simply someone who holds an indirect interest as a “beneficial owner”, i.e. you are entitled to receive any dividends that result, can buy or sell that interest, and may be able to instruct your nominee operator how to vote, but you do not have all of the rights afforded to registered members and your interests may not be protected by the Companies Act as you may otherwise have thought.'
