Apart form drilling it, how are you going to prove whether the resource is there Equagold?

We spent £6-8M dollars on 3D and Inversion has been achieved. This is an extract from a Vox Markets article:

88 Energy informed investors today that the prospective resource output of its Project Icewine exploration of Central North Slope, Alaska is has now risen to 2.89bn barrels of crude oil.

The announcement comes after a 3D seismic inversion mapping of both Icewine’s shallow and deep horizons, coupled with highly accurate rock trend models, quashed fears about reservoir quality, a central concern to 88 Energy’s over £7.9 mln exploration project.

Managing Director of 88 Energy Dave Wall embraced the positive report, saying the mapping project continues “the evolution of the conventional portfolio… to result in positive revisions to the already large potential identified.”

Hardly crap eh!!!

I still have a Pension Drawdown A/C that I manage, and have taken a decent income from it and seen it grow as well.

We all have our own opinion as to the quality of the preferred bidder Hu11.

The best one can do, is to use intuition and deduction. The Data Room was open for around five months, and we know there were multiple interested parties from RNS facts. It stands to reason that there would have been many criteria used to decide the preferred bidder eg size, experience, cash flow.

DW has said that he is NOT going to give the company away, and that, I believe, is the main reason for taking his time. The NS of Alaska has been quoted as "the oiliest pace on Earth".

Only a select few know the bottom line - us poor PI's will have to wait in the wings as usual!

Current trades are between 0.79p and 0.82p, so the spread is nearer 4%.

Given Lefkosia is a trader, then you would have thought that he would have known that!

Given that the OSH/Armstrong deal was done at a much lower POO, we have conditions very much in our favour.

They paid $400M for 125M barrels - we have 2.2B barrels, so we have a very attractive resource for our preferred bidder.

I will be happy with cash up front for previous expenditure, Farminee to pay ALL ongoing drilling costs and 30% of future profits. I hope that DW plays hardball given the cards he holds.

As I said a few days ago, don't be surprised to see breaking news from Farminee rather than 88E!

The outcome of the FO will be veiled in secrecy until the ink is dry on the contract.

* Preferred bidder selected after months of Data Room activity
* 3D finalised including inversion in October 2018
* The first time that potential farminees could assess comprehensively the mapped conventional resource potential

We all know that there are NO guarantees, however engaging in complex negotiations involve considerable company time and money on both sides. This cannot be taken lightly. The Conventional resource involved is enormous, and worth billions to the Farminee going forward.
