One could argue that there is very little risk to an SP that is already at or near nadir.

A targetted FO has been on the cards for nine months now - if it is positive, then it will be too late. I can see a TH on the ASX again.

We have 2.2B barrels net @ Icewine Conventional, and this is broken down by Alpha, Bravo etc.

My intention was NOT to monetise this information, as I would be accused again of ramping. My intention was to highlight the enormous Conventional asset that we have and backed by 3d seismic. I would refer investors to the paragraph in the RNS of 20th March:

"Processing was finalised in October 2018, including inversion, marking the first time that potential farminees could assess comprehensively the mapped conventional resource potential on the Western Play Fairway at Project Icewine. "

This project has massive drilling potential, and that is why a prospective bidder is very interested.

Given the RNS issued on 20th December, we should have some news before this Friday.

We all want the same thing, and appreciate that it has been a long and winding road. DW said that 2019 would be "transformational", so I have to trust his judgement and his penchant for being ultra cautious with his words.

IMHO, a Farminee would NOT have entered into negotiations without a high probability of achieving a deal. There are so many contractual requirements on both sides.

I am waiting patiently for news - I have come this far since March 2015, that selling up now would be a travesty.

Project Icewine Conventional

A fast track farm-out process commenced in August 2018, whilst processing of newly acquired 3D seismic (March 2018) was still underway. Processing was finalised in October 2018, including inversion, marking the first time that potential farminees could assess comprehensively the mapped conventional resource potential on the Western Play Fairway at Project Icewine. Consequently, requests were made by potential farminees for more time to evaluate the opportunity, which the Company granted.

The farm-out process has now progressed to the next stage, with a preferred bidder selected and discussions underway. The Company advises that there is no guarantee that the parties will agree terms and close out the transaction. A further announcement will be made in due course on the outcome of the ongoing negotiations, which are currently confidential in nature.
