Derek I agree with you . ‘Offer’ should have been authenticated before an RNS release. It does make the board look incompetent. Let’s hope we can move on from this fiasco & get the PSC confirmed by RNS promptly.

Is the delay due to volumetric’s being confirmed? Let’s hope that UPL truly delivers as a company & to its share holders .

Are UPL awaiting seismic data to confirm volumetric ? To then agree the PSC % share?

The expectation was that some positive news would land before the end of 2023. An RNS with some real intent is much needed.
