Pearls thanks , I’m of your opinion re SK , whom else with such a profile could we get? He is well connected and very experienced and has done wonders for previous companies sp whilst there.

Let’s hope sales improve in 2025 , the sp ATM is dire and reaching new lows . SK is well invested also , which is good to see . All fingers crossed.

Be nice if 17 k of purchase put the sp 9% up . SK took the reins July 2023 when relisted. Trust me I’m not a fan of the performance and the woeful sp , but he’s not had 2 years yet . Q2 results should be out once his 2 years are up , I stand to be corrected if wrong on this .

Let’s pray he does get the dial moving . Are there many other well connected candidates willing to step in , in any case ?

Saw that up2date , do you know when they first started investing? The £406k buyer didn’t Tr1 so assuming they’re not existing II ‘s whom ever they are they must be confident .

I got in after the re list , but around the GM deal in 2023 , like others hoping it would multiply, the only comfort is a most of us so far have got this one wrong .

TT , company has 200 employees just on development, Cirata has 93 all told so can never achieve that scale , that’s some salary’s to find alone .

We all need this to get going and well away from this dreadful sp .

The TR1 is very very good news , I couldn’t see that much volume on the 31st March , however as Pearls has alluded to this could well be in the US investor’s sights.

We all need to think positively, it can only help.

Surely the market is there for Ciratas services and products, DI is big business alone with lots of other competitors out there .

SK can’t have been that short sighted taking on the role of CEO if the case .

Yes he underestimated the situation the business was in , with his tech background u wouldn’t expect that .

Apologies mentioned this a few times , intrigued by the 2m printed as a buy £406k 20 Feb , no TR1 , price dropped on close may have been a sale . I thought I may have been Mr Griffiths averaging down . Any ideas any one?

Your are correct that it was communicated that a raise wasn’t expected.

I am well invested and almost certainly like everybody else is well in the water here and frustrated, like you say it’s a discussion board.

You’ve done well to get in at these levels it looks to be the bottom hopefully only one way from here in future.

The next due update will be heavily scrutinised, so let’s hope there is substance to it with figures to support.

Feb 20 a £406k buy was printed 2m shares, and some smaller chunky buys leading up to this days previously . Either the buy was printed incorrectly and was a sale or somebody is confident or averaging down , like to think some body is confident.

Let’s hope the deals are getting done in time for the update , fingers crossed we get a nice surprise soon.

SK had said it was a bigger task than he thought , with his pedigree one would expected he was confident in the products and company .

Makes a lot of sense pearls . This happened to me on 21 Feb , next to zero trades all day price hadn’t moved until the first small ish sale had gone through . Was only able to buy £2k first transaction.

Having not checked on L2 which is silly but given the price hadn’t moved all day & little trading expected to be able to get shares, but like you have stated there could have only been the shares at limit sell order pries available hence each small buy the price kept going up . There were hardly any available at best price reflective to the SP at the time .

Given the very low SP any body selling will be at a loss , hence can only buy above the SP in any quantity. That day the SP rose 20% +.
