Says it all really . Fund managers with this pile of rubbish in the portfolio must be under pressure with its continual loss making , they must have taken a heavy loss. Last May was a great opportunity to have got out they must have assumed the SP was on the rise .

They can’t be believing in a turn around anytime soon . Given how US tech stocks have done it’s not surprising but give their loss you would need a multi bagger to break evens , unless they in very low from IPO days ?

Hastings that is so pathetic/ i vividly recall your posts from this time last year asking why isn’t Europe being targeted with its strict policies on data sovereignty.

The SP nearly always tells a story of a stock , with CRTA enough said .

Re Q2 going on last 3 years a big fat 0 fluffed up by more renewals in disguise with figures stated that are only just keeping the lights on .

SK must be loosing any integrity he has left . This stock is like the country woeful.

You weren’t listening to radio 4 yesterday then when they covered a piece on Yougov’s flawed polling results where people are doing g numerous surveys to claim rewards along with Ai & chatbots answering surveys . Surprised it’s doing so well Atm

Good find , not surprising that no director buying with how tech shares in the US have been doing they most likely put their monies into that a see a far better return than here .

SP & volume are woeful here .

For such a busy sector this share is tucked up sleeping / wakey wakey spring is almost gone - get moving from this hibernation

Re AGM , I went to the 2023 one the first with SK . Ken Lever came and spoke to me at the end and of AGM, SK was also speaking with others . There weren’t many attendees which I believe is typical of these things .

It would be good if some one on here that was sensible to relay anything back .

I believe there is a provision in the meeting to ask direct questions. I would like to attend my self but have other commitments on Tuesday .

Lambert well said that man! Apparently he stated on here last year that he is a college lecturer and uses Cirata as an example of how not to run a business.

I pity the if any students he has . It would appear he has a serious issue with Cirata , one could suggest to Eco why does he not attend the AGM next week and he could voice his opinions to the directors themselves instead of trolling this board spreading his negative FUD?

That didn’t move the share price much ! At least some body is loading up ,can’t be Goerge as he’s TR1 declared . More positive it’s a new serious investor.

Let’s hope Goerge is right as he & the trust acquired a lot of shares 0.25p- 0.35p a year ago which means they are well underwater.

The significant sums invested would suggest they see something the rest of the market doesn’t ?

With SK behind this partnership let’s only hope this will grow the revenue. At almost rock bottom now surely the only way is up ?

Russ311 , me too! Sadly to date Hastings has been accurate, on this occasion I would like to hope he is wrong . SK has a reputation of being a decent upstanding chap , and is well aware of tarnished reputation from Wand days , however only in time will we be the wiser. The last grant of share options this week certainly doesn’t inspire confidence.

I see there are two consecutive days of large selling , somebody or body’s don’t buy into the last video update from SK where the company is in a good shape and confidently looking to 2026 as cash flow break even , this only allows for 12m sales and not accounting for new business.

SK’s mantra is grow fast Or die slowly ……

Without this new BOD ,of which seem decent honest hardworking people and RMD group backing what would stop the inevitable? Nothing all investors money would be long gone .

The new management are the only life line of seeing any money back here .

They are willing to engage what’s in the RNS with a shareholder call, that’s as transparent and earnest as you can offer.

I will be voting yes to support the BOD , without them & RMD group this would be long gone. There isn’t any other alternative nobody else is coming to rescue this , RMD have put the funds to keep this afloat they are taking the risk the BOD are working tirelessly. We are in the last chance saloon.

Pearls at £1.70 per share I think we would all be happy to chip in and give some of our own to the management. We are constantly told jam tomorrow. The market certainly seems wise to this and the only way I can see th SP moving to any significant value is by cash flow positive by increased revenues and not cutting staff and resources further to cover the subdued growth ..

SK been at this 3 years now , poor pperformance if the SP is to go by .

Pearls hi, one of the previous options from early 25 ish were performance related, I agree Dominic Accari was awarded last year as an incentive, why keep awarding them on such poor performance? They themselves may think they doing a great job but sadly the Mcap & share price is what matters and it’s clearly in a poor state

Hastings don’t suppose your attending the AGM next month? This could be put to SK why not actively explore the EU market URGENTLY as revenue is much required!!

Hastings hi , you stated this 12 months ago . Why are they so blind as to where the market is ? They also seem to be focusing on the US , I get that SK has good working relationships from years past , however the EU is a lot closer than the US & NZ .

Given how bad sales are how can they not know this …..???
