Ssccss, I said very similar to this on the TG , that given Lunns actions at the GM woefully trying to ignore an 83-84% majority needs no further explanation, and suggested a rough ride ahead . People believe that Lunn will now suddenly start to act in a productive professional investor aligned way because of the vote . People on TG then suggested I may be gregio …… having replied that the school holidays are soon to start was booted off. Affrm comments can be seen on here as the only accuser on this cesspit chat forum, should have been removed as clearly in breach of board rules . There does seem to be de ent folk in the TG but like all walks of life there are others. It would appear certain members of the TG believe Lunn will confirm to company law and rules simply because of the NO vote . Lunn has already done his best to deny it again by saying the out come of voting has been adjourned to the AGM. Lunn isn’t going to walk the line he is dangerous and will do what he can to obtain what he wants with out any regard to share holders or UK law.

If you look on TG other than replying to a couple of trouble makers making accusations that I may be gregio , for what reason I don’t know as I’ve said nothing disparaging about the group or the company. Why aren’t they deleted as the first to be extremely childish and breaching group rules . If TG want to be like that then that’s upto them. M22C, sincerity….. a room that can only accommodate 10 people? I would suggest they had to shop around hard to find a room with such a few seating arrangements.

Given this stock is about to have been in suspension for 12 months the board should fully expect a more than average turnout of shareholders wanting serious answers as to why their cash has been locked away, particularly given the board has consistently failed to provide shareholders with any credible and tangible reasons for the continued suspension. I would suggest it is one of the most in sincerest gestures to only accommodate such a very few small number of shareholders.

You also state it took an hour to ask the receptionist and be allocated a larger room?

During this hour, shareholders requested that the proxy votes be counted and verified and acted upon, that’s the reason for the hour long adjournment.

Mr Lunn didn’t have any regard for the proxy votes, that’s about as big as red flag as you can get, attempting to ignore 84% of shareholders.

You appear to be pushing a large agenda given the facts of the vote outcome. You have much more work ahead of you.
