Very sadly a holder here from pre Hatch demise days , unfortunately stumpy called a very low price after the rise off the profit warning which I thought was way off but proved to be true . Stumpy has been accurate. Holders in this may not like his thoughts but to be disillusioned with the reality isn’t helpful either .

With Shakespeare back at the helm I was hoping for a strengthening of the SP , surely it will come as a buy out is the consensus of most . The major problem is the continued short attacks and it seems they are controlling the SP , what makes the shorts so confident in the out come of next months full year results ?

December 24 , 125k share placing . Where is the 125 k ? That would help with going concern .

Hastings , i see this as a positive. SK stated the company was in a precarious position when he joined and he underestimated the task he had undertaken.

Perhaps this is the turn around we’ve been waiting for . For the invested SK raising his media profile would suggest he has some certainty about his achievements. Not long to wait for the back end weighted forecasts now !

I make it that the last tranche of 850,000 @ 0.75p exercisable value to be £637,500 SK won’t receive by June 27 unless the Sp is 0.75 p as performance related ?

Eco , George adding to his portfolio. I’m fairly sure that the US tax rules wouldn’t be that different from ours to the point that a tax loss on stocks and shares is only a loss once the shares are sold.

Given George’s buying prices at a guess if this gets above 28p he could well be in profit. To be a tax loss he needs to sell at the bottom . My guess is we don’t see his TR1 anytime soon , certainly not when the price is in the teens .

George was the large May buyer who pushed the price to 39p , he has a large stake here .

This isn’t the usual Aim or any stock ATM . Any investor wouldn’t want to be out in case of any RNS , when and what will cause a pullback? This share will be life changing for some .GLA

TR1 April Far view partners , American hedge fund increasing their holding to 7.8m shares. June TR1 George Walter Loewenbaum 6.8m shares a significant holding for an 81 year old individual at 0.22p per share is 1.5m he was buying from 0.18 ish - 0.37 p approx .

Question is why have these investors put considerable funds into this company ?

George Walter is a member of the North Atlantic smaller companies investment trust PLC .

These are recent acquisitions , they must see long term growth in SP ?

George Walter must be in for future generations given his age .

There doesn’t appear to be a clear proven pathway to profitability since the re listing as SK is continually evolving the business to cut costs and create the ever elusive revenue.

Why would a big pharmaceutical company buy before phase ll completed? That’s a long time from now. Will imm not want to complete stage lll to get the real value , that’s years away? Tim not being young may nt want to hold out til then?

Wouldn’t the patents need approving before a buy out offer ?

Sincerely hope SK can get the very much needed revenue stream . Seems he is evolving the product to capture a certain market . Labour Day is today ……
