Sm73 agree with you , the legal side alone is never quick that’s with out data analysis and the to ing and throwing . It takes forever to get a house sale contract signed by both parties let alone a multi million pound Pharma deal for 20 years . The fluctuations in SP are inevitable as traders move in and out or people move onto the next punt .

Strangler , good link , clarifies UBS are loading & not u loading . Would like to see some uptick from here , however it is a Friday afternoon.

Given the high volatility since last months rise this is more of a traders share ATM , which is feeding further volatility. Everybody has their own agendas . If you’re invested here with a low number of shares trading, it would have paid off.

My own holding here has significantly dropped since Monday 2 wks ago . Had I cashed the lot Monday & Tuesday this week would have given the gift of doubling my holding for the initial investment for the stake 🫣

86KB , as always will be differences of opinions, how important is the SP whilst in negotiations? Or is the potential revenues from P140 the most relevant base for negotiations?

Yes the figures are staggering, company’s parting with big money will do their due diligence before such a deal . Be interesting if we get a partner deal to take phase 3 trials or a buy out .

Be interesting to hear from posters with any previous experience in these situations as what’s most likely .

Logically partner funding would be the safest route for any potential partner. If successful could be huge for longer term holders .

Sm73 good research. The deals listed were they patented approved? Were any furthermore trials needed post buyout ?

Is Tim after a partnership deal like stated or does he want a buy out? We can only guess. Tim has been at this years . The real money must be post licensing and then it should be regular huge income for all involved in IMM .

On the flip side if the Pharmas don’t want the lucrative treatments disrupted , could they not get together and say we offer nothing knowing that IMM currently can’t resource Plll trials ? Then P140 isn’t a threat and it’s cost the big Pharmas zilch.

With your industry knowledge Hastings , how long til we see some deals from Mr Acari?

The true value must lay in IMM partnering to reap post licensing revenues. So wouldn’t expect a large upfront payment as P3 trials need funding . The true value will realise following the trial outcome .

If P140 is what IMM believes to be surely they will wait for milestone payments which would like to expect be in hundreds of Millions if not Billions, unless they made an offer they can’t refuse upfront ? But that does sound to good to be true ?

Let’s hope they do . Early next wk we should know . Be a disastrous Q3 if not .
