Two weeks left to announce news with in scheduled time . Surely today would been the day . We shall see what the markets think once suspension is lifted . Markets vote with its feet .

Well said Derrick , funnily enough I thought to my self but thought better of posting that we lost thankfully Mr full of crap & lies Flop to have only found Mr big noise . Like you’ve stated can’t have a reasoned argument with out the abuse .

The sentiment on here is ,was that some real news JV , PSC would land whilst in suspension to keep the SP going . I can’t see it going the way investors want it unless news lands Asap

Until a signed PSC in favour of UPL Re SK334 there isn’t any thing to focus on .

UPL sought an extension back in 31 Dec 2023 - had time to get it done . Given that this is within their timetable to be announcing transformational news one would think they would’ve moved Helen earth and got the audit done within time .

It’s not like they are a multi hundreds of stores outlets et cetera business .

Agree with you longpositions , nothing positive about it . A certain few individuals on here keep bashing anything other than ramping . No news from company other than ( near term) could mean anything . Definitely something not right here. What are the auditors wanting on? Should be straight forward enough given the amount of business Upl have done in last 12 months.

League my sentiments, plenty on here seem to think people are bashing UPL when mention these things and it’s down to the auditors . They’ve had 4 extra months plus wouldn’t you get everything in front of auditors as such a critical month for the company . There’s plenty of smoke here. With the cash raise and this two days latter . Let’s hope they drop the news and prove the doubters wrong . Glad Atm didn’t load up after the raise .

I would happily like to see a success story . Certainly help my portfolio . I agree there’s a lot of people on here with miss leading ideas and hidden agendas. Seem to get more the less the stock price .

So what happens if none of this news materialises? I take it you don’t have too much money tied up in UPL as you seem to think people don’t need to be concerned . Far from nailed on .

That’s standard being able to prove you’re an investor . I post on here as have a load of money cleared from my trading account, literally says 00 least has amount of shares and book cost. Money locked away til when? Who knows the value of peoples holdings if and when comes out of suspension.

Why wouldn’t the company pull out all the stops since Dec 31 given May is the last month scheduled for PSC deliberations. It’s hardly confidence giving for some time now . The quoted final stages have been months . Let’s just hope this fiasco comes good ASAP fingers double crossed

What are peoples thoughts on the suspension? Is it as stated in the RNS or has it been done tactically? . The fund raise announced 2 trading days before ?

We’ve been hoping for months . Still no mention of PSC in RNS .PSC Scheduled til end Q2 , which is as far as the chart goes . Assuming it is to be finalised by end June. But as we know any thing can happen and it’s an IF ,if at all . Fingers crossed .

If …… NOT when

Had 4 additional months. UPL delayed the 31st of December audit and managed to amalgamate it with another audit. At best this is total utter incompetence by UPL and their auditors
