Pointless buying any shares in this market

This decline started at x dividend.

The spike to 1100 was the morning the rns was released so a false rise really.

What is concerning me is 17% down since beginning June, it started way before last week's RNS.

And God knows where we'll be by the time any potential special becomes payable.

Dun raised some good points about capex requirements and possible share issue required.

Definitely something behind this the last 3 weeks, unless it's just shorts Algo selling it down on small volume , very successfully.

Seems to being marked down on small volume today, falling on buys aswell as sells.

I was hoping the unexplained rise into the 50s would be followed by a holding rns.

Looks like it was a false dawn.

Plus long time until August 21, plenty of time for another downgrade.

This isn't actually the case, they are making cuts to improve margins / profits.

There are several non recurring one off costs that have been discussed several times that caused recent losses. There was always going to be several one offs during the slimming down of the business.

Exactly Simpiles, better off paying a bit more to the likes of cpi/serco to improve the quality of services, maybe with KPIs to be met for the extra cost of improving the services.

Imo there's no way they'll be enough money to bring most of these person centred services back in house.

In times of lower budgets / austerity, the first thought will be outsourcing imo.

Alternatively it's investment in IT /AI systems to implement over time, too much cost up front.

Things like the procurement act / related policies will be revised accordingly.

I'm guessing they intend to pay of the bond and reissue a new one on better terms. So essentially that funding won't be available until 25.

So say they need 750 million without that, could be looking at circa 75 million shares to be issued?

I notice the share issues have increased gradually and not substantially to date.

By the reaction from the market, clearly not impressed.

Besides this has been falling since x dividend now, and beginning to feel like a risky dividend stock where you're at risk of seeing your capital depreciate pretty quickly.

Wish I'd gone with my gut to trim last Thursday.
