Of course not, that's the problem with this investment.

We post two consecutive quarters of improvement, both positively received and deservedly rewarded by the market, but look where we are now. It's illogical based on fundamentals following the HY results and q3 update that we're back here.

It can't be blamed on macro because no other stocks I hold have fallen by 30% in the last 2 months (without an update or good reason for it)

This is down to lack of communication from an inept BOD that are working for 1 shareholder only.

Makes no difference to PIs when you think about it logically, 10% rise on 13p or 1 pound equates to the same monetary gain, it's all proportionate surely?

My thoughts are that how many times have we seen funds fire of hundreds of auto bot sells for small amounts that seem to outweigh any buys of much larger volume, and affect the share price negatively.

We know looking at buys / sells that so often the former outnumbers the sells but the sheers amount of sells means we fall.

I think that the BOD are thinking outside the box because they simply don't get how poor the share price movement is.

I welcome it , so if shorts open at 1% currently that's 10 million odd shares for them to sell over long periods driving momentum down.

They will have to box clever and won't be able to do that as often as they do.

Simply that they managed to whack us down from 72 on Monday morning to 62 at close of play yesterday.

Plus the way the sp has not recovered today like all others have, and the lingering uncertainty.

All these positive snippets of news that should/would ordinarily benefit a company like MCG are disregarded. We've gone from 90 to barely 60 in a couple months. Speaks for itself.

Now they've got this down to low 60s, will be back in 50s by Monday.

I don't get how all the other IIs can be happy with things here?

It seems that there is zero BOD accountability, the bare minimum interest in keeping the market informed, and this pattern just continues year after year.

I bet US investors in this situation would have a class action running against them similarly as RTO are involved in.

As usual this dawg is affected twice as much as most others. King nightmare share to own this has been.

I can't imagine that there is anything positive to say regarding the US sale. I was expecting some short update regarding at year end, something along the lines "interested parties are invited to submit offers by x date" basically anything of substance other than " on track " stated in November.

Also I struggle to see how soon after the German election they would be able to agree/ negotiate what they've failed to in the last year.

The new Chancellor is not even in post yet.

Just expect more can kicking and excuses.

And this happens year after year now, no accountability, it's diabolical communication to say the least.

How is Garat still in post, surely lots of the other IIs are not all in concert with this, or Cosmens running the show.

Yeah they're marking down even on double the visible buys to sells.

I'm not including that cash because it should have reduced debt somewhat, but it's priced as barely a going concern even with negligible debt.

Something feels very off here, couple of days to find out what they know that we don't.

It's been like a zombie stock since the beginning of December.

Maybe there's a fund that's been selling down.

Unless there's some major pulling a rabbit out the hat statement, I cannot see how this won't just tread water like the last 3 months, for the rest of the year.

There's clearly no appetite for buying or for MMs to give back anything lost on December 3rd.
