This is now turning into a 10 year turnaround or thereabouts.

For those of us invested for the last 4-5 years it really is becoming extremely tedious. FCF has been kicked down the road for the last 4 years.

We're not expecting rapid gains, just meet the guidance given for at least 1 or 2 quarters.

No more f ups, or excuses, or next year, this is last chance saloon before it permanent trades sub 10 p.

So, 2 weeks today (8 working days) FY results have to be released to avoid suspension, and still no notice of when they will be released.

Either they dobt know and are waiting for some last minute something demonstrating last minute dot com disorganisation, or they do know and can't be bothered to update as to when.

Either way it epitomises what a shambles the BOD are, and place Garat very near the top of the list of Britain's worst ever CEOs, still in post after 5 years of failure.

Major IIs are never going to accept a deal whereby 450mill goes to staff essentially and they get 35p for their shares.

I get all that and completely agree.

However it just seems that there are forces at play here that are discounting anything remotely positive released by the company.

Even Helen agreed with that very point in an email last week.

It feels like as far as cpi is concerned with mms, there is no bottom.

How easy was it to take this from 14s to barely 12s on the back of only positive news?

It boils down to one question imo, as to whether to stay invested now or readjust my holding.

Will they achieve their revised guidance of being FCF positive by 26?

Because if the answer is no, and it's negative, therefore debt increasing again, they've failed.

Problem is that it is becoming increasingly evident that these mms are happy they got us from 14s to 13s, then 13s to 12s without any difficulty, and that's where we will now stay until they achieve their financial guidance, ie FCF.

And this really is the cat is on its ninth life.

No more misses, excuses, anything other than FCF in 26, this will languish in the pennies.

This and MCG my worst investments by a country mile.

And the mist worrying thing of all is that there's been no NEW contracts of any significance rnsd for some time.

I really can't see this regaining what it's lost the last week. It never does.

My guess is we'll still be in the 12s at close of play tomorrow.

Other stocks will recover nicely but this never does.

Who knows we might actually get a new contract tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath for anything more than 5-7% tomorrow.
