What you talking about, price was 540 just before the rns in August, it had been steadily rising due to increased earnings.

The question is, how much revenue and ebitda is lost and what is guidance for this year.

It was always going to drop by the dividend amount, but I'm finding it hard to work out current guidance without snaitech.

Most of them are new investors and not mugs like us that have been holding for far too long.

If I was new in at 28/30 p I would probably be bullish too.

The only half valid reason they gave to justify this sale was the higher capex required for school buses., and some remark about it only generating 9 mill ebitda.

Anyway that is a large chunk of revenue gone from next year, debt hardly moved, can't see any reason for optimism short term.

It's because the fire sale at such a low price obviously impacted the overall value of the company, hence the huge write down, as those intangible assets are not as high as previously thought.

Illogical move without any good reason that none of us know.

THG is just a play around really, nothing unmanageable.

I simply don't get why they're selling a growing segment after turning it around for peanuts.

They stated clearly at HY that organ deleverage was on track with /without the sale, so what's changed to force such a fire sale?

Why was today such good news?

It just emphasises that a growing segment of the business is being sold for peanuts.

What's going to replace that ?

One positive from the current situation is a 0.1% reduction in short yesterday, and given since the sp collapse they havnt been increasing, I take small comfort in that alone.
