You think this stressful, try owning cineworld, up 8% 1 day, down 12 % 2 days later, I won't be celebrating just yet, but it is nice.

I've been watching my capital erode by 30% so far, and I do keep reading how it's so undervalued, top up at these levels etc etc.
If it really is so undervalued, and the turnaround is on track, the recent tie ups will start bearing fruit maybe next year, then why does it continue to slide, why is there no buying support, why aren't directors at the least making token purchases, doesn't really add up. Surely MMs aren't that blind to all the pros.

Another shocking day to be a shareholder of CINEWORLD, continuous slide since March when falsely priced as closed and no revenue, a few dead cat bounces along the way to get some v excited, but realistically this is proving to be a very poor investment, soon will be 9 months of this, hardly short term imo.
Without a reassuring pre close update, this will continue.
You can't really say that the uncertainty around the court case has been the reason behind this all year, can you ?

Or its just MMs saying have a bit of that you NEX shareholders before we take you down again

Retail figures already out hence weakish performance today, wall street not open for 90 minutes, same thing happened last week.

Just to add further to that, on 6th November the sp was 165, then I think the first vaccine was announced on Monday 9th November and it jumped to 206 before a sustained rise on vaccine sentiment all the way Xmas lockdown until March when the Delta variant became a concern.
So the current sp is on par with those days.

Don't understand this sustained fall either, capital markets day was positive, trading update no issues identified, debt not an issue, plenty of liquidity, fuel costs hedged until 2023, even IAG, easyjet, CINE , firstgroup all up today, I just don't get it.

The only observation I would make is that at the end of trading the day the merger was announced, stagecoach was 86 and NEX was 240, and stagecoach has dropped by more than NEX since then.

I have been going through this with CINE the last 6 months, over 9% shorted and in complete control of it, its a b---y nightmare.
I've been trying to work out how these leeches drive the prices down, and the only thing that makes sense is setting very large sell orders which are then cancelled just prior to execution.

Another s---e day.

Shorts setting large sell orders to drive the price down and then buy, so corrupt its allowed to carry on.

All they're talking about all day long on sky news is COVID, no wonder the markets here are so bad.
At least in the US the dow and Nas bounce back well, and maintain their gains.
Their media do not sensationalise this nonsense all the time.

On second thoughts I'm going to bale next time I can, it's too much of a mind f--k this.
369 back down to 343, who needs this stress. Tired of it now.

Problem is that as long as the media ramp on about b---y covid, the markets will continue to be volatile.

If you wanna bale at 370 them set a limit order to sell, as this morning could have got 369.
Seems to be increasing each day first thing before levelling off.
I'm sticking as this can surge on update days.
