Honestly, 10 year global recession!!
Project fear, doom and gloom, we're all going starve, freeze, it's getting ridiculous now.

Network international dark horse, growing company , fcf, share buyback, profitable, main markets N Africa, Saudi, Middle East, very low daily volume as not many PIs invest, majority of the trades are ATs , its been hugely frustrating to hold as the SP is so easily driven down by small AT sells.
Be interested if anyone has on thoughts on it.

I wouldn't say no to a quid bid and I would invest all in beaten down dividend dogs like TW, ITV or Aviva.
If you invest 150k in TW at todays SP, and bear in mind they don't have debt, profits are not impacted by falling house prices because they will buy the land cheaper, you would create a near on guaranteed income of 12-13 k p/a with a good chunk of capital gain to also come down the line as sentiment improves.
I would love a quid.
And bear in mind eventually when dividends are reinstated here it won't be anything like it used to be, as with most companies restoring these days.
Take ITV, dividend used to be 13p, now is 5p with an SP of 63. That's a good yield, so come on PE offer us a quid next week please.

Most agree with everything you've said which is why we are continually holding.
Imo it's grossly undervalued this share, their strategy is clear, the weak performance is purely sentiment based , not on fundamentals.
It's been like this for between 12-18 months now, so the prospect of another 1-2 years doesn't exactly fill me with joy.
And yes a nice return from this point, but not necessarily from someone whose average is higher and they are fully invested having already averaged down.
My average is sub 190 and I'm very comfortable with that, but I was able to average down over time, a lot aren't.

Or a nice unexpected bid like Micro which has also been on a multi year transformation, with light at the end of the tunnel, and nearly at all time low.
Plus they are buying Micros 3.6 billion debt.

Micro hasn't gone yet for 6 billion, I really wouldn't be surprised if there are further offers and it goes for closer to 10.
The trading update in November will reveal the impact to revenue growth that their tie up with Amazon has started to make as this has only been live since June.
Even without considering that, they are forecast to make a significant profit year end. Different beast , already established and almost at the end of a 3 year turnaround.
I really hope Dartrace goes for 6 Billion too.

3.5 billion mcap, revenue not even expected to be 0.5 billion next year, profit under 30 million.
It's a risk even at the current SP, no?

Well the NEX sp was 470 in January 2020 having grown exponentially over the previous 5 years, with debt consistently above 900 million throughout that period, being 1034 million then and minimally more now.
So it's not the eye watering debt as Peaky keeps banging on about that is the reason for where this languishes.
Nex is growing company forecasting 1 billion extra revenue between now and 2027, albeit with tighter margins this year and into next.
Besides vodas debt is about 38 billion not 1 billion.

Peaky you keep banging on about debt, try looking at Vodafone or even MCRO that has been taken out for 6 billion dollars including 3.4 billion debt.
Cine has eye-watering debt which is why its 2p!!

What is going on here, I really felt that this is a well run company, with good vision and prospects, but it is so weak in the market. Its barely getting an intraday spikes.
Possibly shorters with their several small sell algo trades.

Next dividend not until next March so sale will have completed.

Wasn't there an option warranted in the tie up with AWS for x million shares at I think it was 448 or 478p?
What if they exercised that option now?
Where would those shares come from, are they existing retained by treasury?
Or would more have to be issued which wouldn't be possible because of the takeover?
