Surely this price offers excellent value even over the short term.
I look at JP Morgan having this at 180, and them also downgrading RR 3 times since April when it was 120, most recently to 60 , and think either they called it right against all their peers or have the ability to somehow force their agenda.
So basically according to them there is 150% upside from here.

The way this is consistently falling with no let up in sight, there is clearly something not right behind the scenes.
It's more than just bear market, bla bla , there is something fundamental unknown to us causing this.

Well for the dramatic % swings here today on what appears relatively equal buy/ sell volume ( obviously not including the possibility of continued background selling), its behaving like bad news is known.

Based on your summary it seems illogical to us, so either the market knows more than shareholders, or the City have taken real exception to MM and this is how they are showing their contempt.
