Excuse my ignorance but I have a few questions.

Firstly doesn't this offer need to be approved by shareholders, as it says the sale is agreed?

And secondly, does that pretty much set the sp at 532 now, in other words wont move up or down much until the sale?

Also, could another interested party now swoop with an improved offer?

Could another PE now swoop?

Debt is 3.6 billion

Where do you get that?

I woukdnt imagine delayed reaction to results.
And it's a stark contrast to their last rating in May.

Is this down 5% today solely based on JP Morgan not rating?

Everything is dropping constantly again, mainly thanks to negative sentiment exacerbated daily by the media.
I've given up tinkering to try and average down in various places, thought my 193 was cheap!

Need some buys for this to move, the spread looks large

Only down like it has all year so far.

I keep umming and ahhhing about that too and the only thing stopping me is I know if I do that the contracts will start dropping.
Also no shareholder returns from the sale , and their growth strategy not known until November.
And lastly apart from the broker price reduction yesterday which affected PFC, it has held up quite well this week, plus JP Morgan fancy them more than WG. But what do I know.
Anyone know how much revenue will be lost from the sale?

Same as but I really feel JP Morgan have an agenda here as they do with RR.

How can these brokers be so off the mark, a day apart?
Seems like the market listens to JP Morgan and ignores Barclays.

They've said in recent trading updates they anticipate reinstating dividend at year end, so possibly at FY results.

IMHO I woukdnt be surprised if people are losing patience here, I certainly am, not that I doubt that this will be fine in another year, but it's having a large amount of money tied up and doing f all for the last year.
I'm quite tempted to sell half my holding at a 12k loss, and stick it all in NEX or WG both which are at ridiculous lows.
Then I will hold the other 150k CPI until hitting 42 to break even including the loss.

Isn't the following from the middle audit rns a warning of sorts?

Not necessarily a storm in a teacup when a profit Warning was issued, given that markets can't even see past their nose currently!!

You would have thought companies with recurring revenue, a steady flow of orders, monies coming in to significantly reduce debt levels leading to investment grade rating, would fair better than this dawg has the last 6 months.

I'm 60k at a quid and although it's a long term investment and I don't need to sell, I wish I hadn't invested as better opportunities elsewhere at the moment.
Whatever news has been released here has not made one bit of difference to investor sentiment or should I say JP Morgan sentiment.

Should be up today, oil up, but for a broker cutting target price.
