No one is buying any shares, the lack of investors coupled with overreacting MMs in this country leaves us prone to drop 4% on minimal volume.

It held up really well last week and I just hope they don't trickle it back down to the 70s.

Less than 100k buys, less than 200k sells, taken down from 90 to 87.

What a pathetic stock market this has become.

It goes into your income account the day its paid, then you go in there and are able to select transfer to capital account option, then its there 2 minutes later in your capital account of your isa/sipp/share account.

Then you are able to immediately either withdraw funds or reinvest.

Possibly the reason this has been so weak for weeks is the uncertainty around whether Altice will need to sell any to raise the capital he requires.

With HL I always have dividends paid to income account then if I want it paid out I do it myself that day or reinvest myself, that way you don't have to wait weeks. When you know how you can do it the day your income account is credited.

Melrose consolidated when it was being moved to easily for that reason and it has worked, less volatility.

So a shorter with 10 million shares would now have 100 k, and rather than firing off sells in 3 / 4 digits, would be singles and possibly less impact when firing off 30 x 10 share sells than 30 x 1000 share sells. Maybe

I feel they should consider a share consolidation to try and stabilise the price from shorters firing off 3 and 4 digit algo sells with such frequency.

It's ridiculous that lots of these sells have such minimal financial value but such an overall financial impact.

The main difference is with MCG revenues are growing and forecast to continue, isn't that one of the main reasons they had to do an RI, customers being cautious over the last 6 months and revenues falling ?

Yeah the wording on the rns said incoming ceo.

You can check the recent director purchase rns on 888.

The new ceo of 888 purchased 1 million shares before he started, which was rnsd as incoming ceo.

This is part of some correspondence I received yesterday. The last bit almost suggests to me that they are aware of something, or maybe I'm reading too much into it.

With regards to actions in the next few weeks, Helen and I will be at multiple sales meetings and conferences in the next few weeks as part of the continued half year roadshow to continue to build interest in Capita and we will be reiterating our medium-term guidance as part of these meetings. At the beginning of this year when US markets fell considerably, the FTSE kept rising

So I'm cautiously optimistic if the US starts selling off, our markets may actually start rising again. IMHO

I remember reading an analyst summary on where Capita are some months ago, and the general consensus was seem to be turning the company around, however they stopped short of rating the stock mainly due to lack of BOD buys.

And I would wish you good luck at these conferences you're due to attend and hope you're successful, but it's certainly one question I would ask if I was asked to invest, why aren't the board?

In my humble opinion, especially given the renumeration packages that senior directors are on, there are only 2 possible reasons for not backing up such a capitulation with significant share purchases, and they are one they can't because of insider knowledge on something, or two they don't have confidence in the strategy or targets.

That's what it looks like.
