The UK was doing OK until the US 10 year bond spiked this morning.

Seems UK is concerned about US markets than what's actually happening here.

4-5% down before the US is even open.

Nothing like a kick in the teeth from the news update about how the software company swings to a profit 5 months after being sold by cpi.

I honestly think that JL has completely cursed this company.

I have really picked some dawgs to be prisoner to.

This and MCG, probably the worst management possible the last 3 years.

I regret the day prior to the results when I was about to half my holding at 21.7 and it quickly retraced to 20 ish in no time.

Would have had 150k at 23 instead 480 at 20.

And more free funds to put elsewhere.

I just feel even prior to this run of poor updates that 6 monthly reporting from Oct to March usually for any update on trading, is too long, especially now given poor the last years updates have been.

About time some commentators called it out for what it is.

Imo it was restrained especially the part about cutting the dividend ( should have said having only reinstated it a few months earlier).

Hopefully the worst is behind but I'm still with the guy from the YouTube clip, that surely if q1 was any good they would have released a couple sentence during the last profit warning, nothing says they aren't allowed to.

Agree with you on that, it's just his summary of the CEOs 4 year tenure and the CFOs 18 months is spot on. It's amazing that both seem to be hanging on, they must be very thick skinned.

They're all so underwater it makes my 40% seem like a bad day.

I'm not sure about anyone else but this gives me a crumb of comfort, because even if they're prepared to take losses eventually, you would think it would have to be more than current worth.

Can't imagine they'd want to write off over 30 mill quid.

I'm not technical at all but just following the pattern after August's tanking, it didn't level off for month ( Sept), and then even dipped lower again (15s) before finally starting an upward move November ish ( when sharehead started telling us this was the next Amazon).

Given that this is solely in the hands of macro/traders for the time being, I'm not expecting a positive move until possibly May in anticipation of the June strategy update.

Obviously subject to usual caveats, brokers, IIs, another hack, Oliver Shah!!!
