That's why I was sort of suggesting a reasonable 3x current mcap which is multiples if where we are in terms of premium, and would probably enable Cosmen to strip out and sell what he doesn't want , settle the debt ( isnt it nearer to 1 bill excluding the hybrid)and retain Alsa for not a lot.

I guess it gives me comfort to know the sum of the parts must be worth several multiples of current mcap. But suggesting 1.2 bill as very conservative is still 3 x where we are.

Just got to hold and block the noise.

When you think about, he could buy the company for say 1.2 billion, sell off everything except Alsa, and probably end up not paying a penny for Alsa.

But imo part of the whole issue us the UK market / mms destroying the market.

I guess if it takes longer, so be it. And this doesn't assume a positive outcome regarding the NA buses sale.

As long as they meet their guidance , and are generating cash, and the Germany provisions are as forecast, the increased pricing should firmly be taking affect by now, so any positive 1st quarter comments and outlook statement should really help.

But given the misguidance of the last year, and just when you think surely there's nothing else in the pipework that hasn't come out, recently something new has emerged.

Let's hope and just wait.

Very strange for a company that increased uts earnings /fcf outlook a short while ago.

Well whatever is going on, it seems to be dragging if it's simply a case of Germany provisions relating to fy22, been going on probably a while before the delay.

My worry is that if it's anything else or worse than they've already stated, the market is already on red alert with mcg, so could react well over the top.
