Panthera's total claim for damages against India is for approximately US$1.58 billion. The current litigation financing ensures the company is fully funded for the arbitration process, with a decision expected in due course.

Litigation Capital Management Limited ("LCM"), an alternative asset manager specialising in dispute financing solutions internationally, announces a positive development in the international arbitration claim against the Republic of Poland (Poland) that it funded. As previously announced on 8 October 2024, the funded party achieved a successful outcome, securing two separate awards - one under the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) of £252 million plus interest; and one under the Australia-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) of £183 million plus interest. There is no double compensation meaning that total damages cannot exceed £252 million plus interest.

Poland commenced set-aside proceedings in Singapore (ECT) and London (BIT) to attempt to annul the original awards. The Singapore proceedings recently concluded and the Singapore court rejected in its entirety Poland's application to set-aside the ECT award. Poland has a right to an appeal and such an appeal must be filed by 6 February 2026. We anticipate an appeal will be filed and expect the Singapore court to resolve such an appeal in the second half of 2026.

LCM has invested into this case alongside Fund I investors with the total investment being US$11.3m with US$2.8 million coming from LCM's own balance sheet and US$8.5 million from Fund I. LCM's returns are calculated as a rising multiple of invested capital over time plus interest. LCM's contractual entitlement on this case currently stands at approximately US$71.9 million with US$18.0 million of that flowing to LCM shareholders and US$53.9 million flowing to Fund I investors. LCM does not anticipate earning a performance fee from Fund I investors on this case as a result of previously announced adverse case results impacting Fund I.

Eco Buildings Group PLC ("Eco Buildings" or the "Company"), the UK-listed modular housing innovator (AIM: ECOB), is pleased to announce that it has signed a landmark agreement with the authorities in Chile to deliver 20,000 high-quality modular homes under the Chilean Government's flagship social housing programme. The approximately €420 million contract spans seven years and marks Eco's transition from certification to full-scale commercial rollout in Latin America.

Background

In July 2023, Eco initiated the rigorous two-tier approval process in Chile, one of the most stringent in Latin and Central America. Following successful completion of all required testing and acoustic and insulation validations, Eco has now achieved full certification, joining a select group of approved building systems in the country.

As previously announced on 3 March 2025, Eco constructed demonstration homes in Melipilla (Metropolitan Region) and Valparaíso, two strategically important areas near Santiago. These show homes were visited by senior Government officials, parliamentarians and municipal leaders, allowing them to assess first-hand the quality, speed and aesthetics of Eco's technology.Following these visits and town hall allocation meetings, the first tranche of 607 homes has already been designated to beneficiary families. It is expected this initial tranche will be delivered during the course of 2026 and is fully costed by a 50% deposit of €12.75 million, in line with Chile's government payment framework. By the seventh year of the contract, the Company is expected to be delivering up to 5,000 homes per year.

Under the terms of the agreement, Eco will supply 20,000 homes over seven years, generating approximately €420 million in gross revenues. To deliver this efficiently, Eco will deploy a new manufacturing line in Chile, leveraging its fully automated GFRG (glass fibre reinforced gypsum) panel technology. Factory installation is planned for Q2 2026.The Chilean Government's long-term programme targets 250,000 homes nationwide. With certification achieved and commercial rollout underway, Eco is well positioned to become a long-term partner in addressing Chile's social housing deficit. The Board anticipates replicating this model across Latin America.

Chile's social housing programmes are delivered through a structured framework involving EGIS (Social Housing Management Organisations) and SERVIU (the national housing authority).

Personally not nervous about this share at all. expect some ups and downs such as delays in production etc, but if governments are awarding contracts of nearly half a billion to this company I'm more than happy to keep adding, especially at a ridiculous market cap of £20million.

ECOB's product is now UKCA & CE marked so my next expectation is that more regulated / EU member states will be placing orders with ECOB.

Today's RNS wasn't going to be the catalyst to move the share price significantly.

But what it suggests is that ECOB are targeting more regulated markets such as the UK and EU. Our current contract in Chile and Albania is the starting point, but now UK and EU standards are being met, the market opportunity is bigger than it was prior to this news
