Whackford, the share price is undervalued based on their assets & investments. up until today they have had a distressed seller dumping their shares which has supressed the SP. The TR1 issued today confirms the seller is out, so would expect this to rise to previous levels.

Looks like the same TR1 has been released??? I think they will correct it show seller is at 0%

Agree, I expect this to settle around 1.2-1.3. Next TR1 due by close of play today or tomorrow am get this to 1.5p area.

Affrm, I'm personally bullish about WTE, I think we're guaranteed a rise next week as the company has to notify within 3 days of the seller being completely out. If they don't notify first thing Monday it gives you a buying opportunity.

Because of WTE'S portfolio there are multiple streams of news good and bad. The flagship for me as mentioned earlier is the Falklands, only due to JHI's percentage holding as well as WTE's 6%. In addition the adjacent block sea lion has gained traction is recent months.

They have also stated that they have cash liquidity and are able to sell investments where needed so a placing is very unlikely. The floor was last week at .5, and with a £1million mcap can only go higher imo

Completely agree JDPM. TR1 early next week sees this to new levels 1-1.5p.

Even at the lower estimates of 3 billion, the asset is worth multiple billions of $ over time.

Astonishing that WTE sits at £1million mcap. PL001 alone is estimated to contain '3.1 billion barrels of prospective recoverable resources and a potential upside exceeding 10 billion barrels' of which JHI own 100%. In tern WTE own 6.24%

News from Falklands would be transformational for this share.

The timing could be right, if the seller is out and the company releases news next week it could go on a run

Keep in mind that notification was from 30th July, they will have been selling yesterday as well. if they are not out they are on fumes. next TR1 sends this back to 2p

Without a TR1 I think the share will settle between 0.40 - 0.5 today. I'd be happy with that in anticipation of next week

They owe around $1 million, which coro managed to negotiate down. I'm sure EME could do the same and im convinced the recent placing will pay that debt.

Agree, as the shares aren't admitted until next week a TR1 tomorrow will send this flying

Peel Hunt are sitting less than 10% since mid July.. them selling is supressing the SP currently. TR1 confirmation of Peel being out sends this to 1p.
