I think there are a few scenarios:

1. Farm Out Agreement inclusive of EME.

2. Cash/Share Offer from Conrad to purchase EME's 8.5% working interest to take Conrad's holding to 100% .

3. Possible RTO of Conrad into EME onto the LSE. (Conrad have a current MCAP of £150m) - Not Likely

Keeping in mind that the 8.5% is calculated to be worth in excess of £50million any of the above options have an upside

Purely speculation, but the price action is very different and flat today even though volume is reasonable. I'm questioning whether an RNS has been lodged.
