New article on old news but referencing the new company name etc.

The fact ampeak have agreements with a company like EDF speaks volumes, I was expecting a return above 3p by now. More patience required it seems!

He options have an exercise price of 2.65p based on the closing price of the shares for the last dealing day immediately prior to the date of grant and will be exercisable for a maximum period of 10 years.

So in other words, stay employed with SAE and you get free shares. their incentive is to keep the share price above 2.65p....

I understand the frustration with the director selling.

But the facts are the same, funding resolved, revenues projected to be £13million for half capacity per year. In time the market will correct itself as this is currently undervalued imo.

There's a reason yesterdays RNS was released (2 weeks late may i add). News is on it's way of the long awaited RTO or funding. what else prompted them to release it?

Exactly, read the news on IPO's onto the main market, listings in Q1 & Q2 have slumped due to trumps tariff's. The lse is expecting a bumper Q3 and Q4 with a host of companies ready to list. ICON will find a suiter.

IFOREX is an interesting one and valued at £50million. an RTO is much cheaper and quicker than an IPO.

What people forget with this share is that it's a main market listing. Any company that RTO's has to raise £30million to be listed.

This is the sort of share that with favourable news will bring massive returns in a short space of time. MCAP £300K. shares in issue 13million.

Company was priced to go bust, that has been de-risked. Next RNS will be RTO and or funding . Short term target is 10p which is Only £1 million mcap !!!
