The problem is Mather has upset the big shareholders and then almost immediately resigned.
He's left us at the mercy of companies with comparably infinite cash who can sit and wait while SOLG withers financially
and then pick us off for peanuts after we have done all the hard work proving this thing up.
Of course the copper and gold isn't going to go away.
It will still be there when SOLG has been taught a big expensive lesson by the big boys.

I bought in here many centuries ago ( before the meteoric rise) was in for years and had to sell at a huge loss because I needed the money to live on. Missed the rise and a couple of hundred years later ( late last year) I bought back in hoping to at least get some money back, well as of today I think I'll be partying like it's 2999 before I see my money back ( if ever)
Time doesn't matter when the shareholders are paying your substantial salaries it seems.
I hope they get bought out in hostile takeover by BHP or somebody.
Win or lose, they won't see another penny of my money.

I was in SOLG for years and sold out just before the massive rerate ( I needed the money !)
Still kicking myself over that one, I would have been up over £150k !
I've been in and out of here, the last time cost me 90% down, recently
sold my house and dropped a few grand back in here in the 1p's
averaged up now to just under 3.5p.
I genuinely think this will buy me another house for cash !

It's a gamble but if the SP drops like this it's a great opportunity
to buy back in lower and have more shares.
Can't blame them really although it's bl**dy annoying.
As has been said before mineralisation is already showing at 110m when
we should be pulling out pipes of worthless crap, if this porphyry is anywhere
near cylindrical you can multiply that extra ( weak grade) material by 3.14 squared to get
the extra volume.
Even if it's overburden it's mineral bearing overburden and may have a value in itself
at a later date. Can you see where this is going ?
The value if this find is going in the opposite direction to the SP ATM

The overall feeling I'm getting from the world media is that the Covid-19 problem isn't going
to be solved by vaccination alone, the vaccines efficacy is alledgedly relatively short lived and
it will take take until 2024 to include all the poorer countries of the world in the programme.
I get the feeling the WHO and the G20 are using it to restrict travel and general comsumption to
keep the global warming agenda on track.
Everyone is hoping we will back to normal by the northern hemisphere's summer but it's looking
more likely that it will be much later than that, if ever.
