This is purely my opinion but I wouldn't put it past the BOD to be looking to buy other small oil and gas producers in Canada in the next six months.
It's just a hunch based on research into the sector and there are a lot of small companies that are hurting badly because their borrowing was based on an oil price double what it is now.
I3E have successfully completed one buy out and are on course for another so why not another ?

More bought than sold consistently this week. The SP is moving around the 5.2 to 5.3 area for buys.
Anyone have an opinion on when we might see some upward movement ?

Received my 5p allocation and took more at 5.3p, now averaged down to 15P, hopefully see a profit from that soon.

Personally I think all the buys today were swallowed up by forward selling of tomorrows 5p shares, I'd be very surprised to see 7p as early as tomorrow, 5.5p is 10% easy money for sellers of the placing shares, I think we will see the SP in the 5.1 to 5.5p range tomorrow. The sooner the small percentage sellers are churned, the sooner we will see a rise but it will be a rollercoaster ride IMHO. I have a buy order at 5.3p so we will see if I get it, either way it's going to be interesting !

I have a buy order for 5.3p up to the end of next week, it might happen ! Expect to have 300% uplift eventually from there.
My 5p allocation coming on 28th combined with my LTH should get me down to 15P, if it gets there I will reconsider my position.
I've been here from the first day, I'd like to see a profit after all this time.

I was allocated the full amount of shares I requested on Primary Bid.
Barring an RNS that is SP sensitive I will wait until the 28th to average down further, I think it will be stuck in the 6-7p range until then. It may well drop into the mid fives when the 5p shares are admitted as many people will take 10% or more on their investment.
I'll buy then.

Looks like some new blood PI's here now, all full of hope and enthusiasm.
Have you checked to see how much of anything apart from shares that this company in its various guises has produced in the last five or six years ?
I think you will find it's nothing.
A placing in the next week or so to fund a drill campaign and by coincidence pay the BOD their wage for the next twelve months is probable IMHO.
I've learned so much from the MO of this company that I could feasably buy my own shell company and live until retirement on the "jam tomorrow" business model.
Not a deramp because I sold mine 6 months ago after 5 years at 95% down after repeated averaging down, that includes consolidation a couple of times at least. I was buying 5 years ago at 170p, not 1.7p, 170p with consolidation would be around a tenner now IMHO.

have a look at the 5 year chart and then correlate the highs an lows with name changes, placings and "game changing aquisitions"
