We're sat between a rock and a hard place at the moment and I don't think Parsons has many options left on his table to go after. As I have said, I'd love him to prove me wrong, but my trust in him has now eroded away and that was his fault and not mine. The LE has been the lure that has kept us both sticky and loyal to this share and yet when push comes to shove, he doesn't appear to want to deliver us our fabled LE. Very poor show and he needs to know we have a lot of our hard earned money invested here and we expect a return on our investment.

And there's a rogue Partridge out there somewhere, flapping around, in search of his pear tree.

You're not alone, Sundaysun. I get that feeling too. It happened to me when I was heavily invested at MYSQ and lost several thousand pounds, which has prevented me from buying a new car. I see the same signs here - what with the radio silence, lack of communication and a real sense that we are being dragged along only to be informed some time this year that there won't be a LE. If there is, then I will be pleasantly surprised, but my gut instinct now tells me otherwise.

Thank you for your positive message. You have reminded me why I hired you as 'Head of Positivity'. Right now, we need as much positivity as we can get because this is one hell of a boring and tedious so called LE. This was our year and I just dread that things are going to drag on longer than they need / should do IMO. It's bad enough having to hit the pause button, but hitting the stop button is another thing altogether.

I realise you are closer to Parsons than perhaps the rest of us, but next time your sleeping on his lap, could you growl a bit at him and display some concern? There's a good doggy.

Seaton, there's a real palpable sense that things are going to uncomfortably drag-on a while longer. We are being subjected to continued radio silence and a lack of "shared" news so each of us can be kept fairly up to date with matters. A couple of rogue email replies from the BOD is simply not good enough. I hope Parsons knows what he is doing because I no longer trust him. He now has to earn my trust back and he will get it should he prove a lot of us wrong and deliver us a decent LE, which I maintain, is at least £1 per share sale price. I still think BM's reply to JoeCreed was new news and that sort of information should have been RNS'd. Parsons is either about to play a blinder or else he's going to lead us down a route that has a very unhappy ending. We have our PM working today up in Manchester and yet our CEO who is on a higher salary, finds it apt to galivant around some posh swimming pool somewhere, sunning it.

Seaton? Parsons is going to force an EGM if he doesn't start delivering results. He has made his millions out of this and has not shared some of that wealth and love with we PI's. I know he'd argue that he has delivered when the share went from 4p to £1 but I like to judge somebody by their results and so far we haven't had a result. The Chuckle bedsit is very unimpressed today.

Put the non alcoholic ****tail down, take off your Oakley shades, get off the sunbed and start speaking to prospective buyers. We want this circus sold to the highest paying clown(s). We are bored, fed-up and unimpressed with you. You have brought this upon yourself and you have failed us. Shame on you....

To me this sounds as though this is going to drag-on for some time yet, only to be informed some time whenever / wherever, that we haven't been able to secure a deal. Meanwhile, the BOD continue to pay themselves a salary albeit a reduced one (although even their salary reductions has become a grey area!)

This is fast becoming a lifestyle company for the BOD. Anything to be able to afford his new Aston Martin and his Oakley shades I guess.

Something seems to be brewing in the background. I found that reply to JoeCreed's email to BM rather revealing. I am wondering whether BM should have divulged that information? Shouldn't have that been RNS'd because it is new news, surely? Hmm.
Parsons is still on annual leave? If that is true then it could be a sign that he is confident of a deal being done and this is his repost before the t's are crossed and the i's dotted.
I still believe though that a deal won't be done at this stage in time and that we will be forced to go long. Happy to be corrected and apologise if I am mistaken. I just don't like this continued radio silence. It's beginning to stench.
Crudehope will continue wagging his tail whatever the outcome, which is his choice and I have no problem with it personally. I think Crude is one of the only decent, true gent's on this bb.

Thanks Seaton. Not really a shock. He was very ill for the past week so I knew the call was coming and today it did.

Trellis has a couple of wine merchants anyway. He gets the wine brought to him!

Not long to wait now anyway. Just hope they have managed to secure a deal. I really don't want this one to go long. No appetite for it now. I'm bored and just want my cash back with some profit all being well. My 102, almost 103 year old Granddad passed away this morning, so not a great start to the day for The Chuckles.

Jacklevi? I believe we will have news in early August. I can't see there being continued radio silence until September.
