I suspect you realise that the vote we will have regarding the LE deal, should there of course be one, will be divided just as Brexit is. The price per share that is recommended to us will need a simple 'yes' or 'no' vote and I foresee that those of us who have an average share price above the recommended price per share will probably vote 'no' and those that are lucky enough to have lower averages will probably vote 'yes'. Of course, there will always be the exception to the rule and some will want their money back even if they are making a loss. Parsons has access to the share register and he will probably have an idea where to pitch it at. I don't think he'll want to have his recommendation sneered at by the majority, so with this in mind, I am hoping that the price per share will be nearer £1 than say 40p. He has also commented in the past that he is working on a deal that will hopefully satisfy "all stakeholders" whether that be PI's, II's and Partners. You I believe have commented that you think it will be around 35p-50p, which is somewhere in the middle. You could be right, but I would like to think we will end up with something closer to £1 for the purpose of satisfying those that are nursing higher averages. Only time will tell. I think we'll go long, but should there be a LE deal then I am expecting a figure nearer £1 than what you have estimated. We'll see who is right when the RNS lands.

Kirk, isn't it written somewhere that the Moroccan Government can, should they so wish, veto any deal that otherwise may be concocted by SOU? If that is the case, shouldn't James be out in Morocco pandering to the King?

Chuckle Energy plc., the downmarket, downstream, onshore Cypriot methane extraction company is PLEASED to announce that as of October 1st, 2019 the Board Of Directors have agreed a cumulative reduction in their salaries by 29%. JezTheFez, CEO and Chairman of Chuckle, commented, "Due to unforeseen circumstances pertaining to an under supply in spam and an over supply in hot air, we have been forced to embark on a cost cutting exercise in an attempt to maintain operations at #CHUK. We have recently taken on extra staff and this has only added to our expenses, but I have no intention to reduce staff numbers at this stage in time. As Crude will tell you, we're a downmarket, downstream ailing methane extraction company with our HQ above a chip shop. Unfortunately, we do not have the capital available to cover our staff expenses and we are reluctant to go back to the market and raise equity. There is a death spiral loan available to us via Enagas, which is sitting on our desk though!! Remuneration will be very much in the form of spam, deep fried Haribos and hot air i.e. farts. I hope you understand?! Welcome on board.

Welcome Mert. You'll have to buy a fez now. Others are also welcome so long as they don't take us all seriously and have some fun. You can't please 'em all, but hopefully most people don't take what we say too much to heart. They are only opinions and that's it. We try and avoid being abusive towards fellow investors as that is not our style. Some on here go out of their way to be nasty and rude and I think there is no place for that on this bb. True, we have been harsh about the SOU BOD, but we are all ultimately chasing the same reward and that is a decent LE. The BOD hasn't made this easy as of late IMHO and that is why they continue to receive our frustrated comments.

Crude - that's because all of the debt sits with SM and not Tendrara. Selling Tendrara if they manage to find a buyer, will in theory keep the company afloat for a while longer. I would ideally like to see a complete sale of the company, but I suspect that this is unlikely to happen.

I like your good humour, but this is not paranoia. I have already listed the signs, which I believe point to us "going long." I hope it doesn't come as a shock to you when the fateful RNS lands. I've already mentally prepared for it, but have you? Your appointment to the Board of Directors at Chuckle Energy is being reviewed this weekend. I haven't decided yet if you're for us or against us. For every so called troll or negative poster, there is somebody who thinks there will be a positive end to all of this. The point is, this is a divided bb. If I have called it wrong, then I have no problem holding my hand up on here and admitting that I was mistaken. All I am doing is going with my gut instinct based on past experiences with AIM shares. Believe me, I would absolutely love for the share price to go up and for there to be a decent LE, but I am attempting to be a realist. Silence is rarely ever golden just like those tickets we were once promised.

Thanks Crude for your kind words. We've had to flip flop with our views because this share has been like a rollercoaster ride. Some would accuse you of constantly being positive. In fact, I recall you being abused on here for always being positive!! You can't please 'em all it seems! Yes, we are harmless and people clearly take us way too seriously. We do try and inject some humour onto this board but I know it is not appreciated by many these days for want of being too repetitive, which is fair enough. I'll have to work on a few more new jokes then I guess.

Stop getting hot and bothered under the collar about me and my twin. We are only stating our opinion. If it's too much for you then please filter us. I couldn't give a you know what about what you think about the pair of us. We tell it how we see it and it's Parsons et al who you should be directing your frustrations towards and not us. And why am I a topic of discussion on the SOU Facebook page? Get a life, people. I was banned from that page a long, long time ago for saying something that got a few of you flustered. Grow some, will ya? FFS there's some sad people on this bb who get kicks at taking cheap pops at fellow PI's.

There's only a select few of you whom I like. The rest of you can go do one as far as I'm concerned. You have taken the pair of us way, way too seriously and continue to do so because it makes you feel a little bit more powerful and normal.

You don't have to watch that video to work out what is likely to happen here. Some of you who have watched the video from start to finish are now beginning to come to the conclusions I came to weeks and weeks ago. And yes, I have watched that video and yes, it is very useful and confirms my fears about this company. All of the warning signs are there for those that have their minds and eyes open. JP won't come out of his hiding place because he has nothing decent to tell us at this stage in time. The deadline date is drawing ever closer and he has to let the deadline date pass before he can report back to us. For all we know, that deadline date could be end of this month, or even December. We just don't know. One thing I do know is that this has been the most miserable, disrespectful build-up to a so called LE that I could have possibly imagined. I'd love to se their itinerary for next week: table football, kiss chase, paper airplane competition, pin the tail on the donkey (they'll all be walking around the office with tails in that case) and hide and seek - something Parsons is becoming an expert at. He's been hiding since May and unless he's Santa Claus, which some people once claimed he was, then he might not been seen or heard until 2020. Yet another week of radio silence. What will next week bring? A poor RNS and maybe even an equity raise. May as well get one away to keep the money trough nicely filled for the next few months. What a disgrace this is turning out to be. I have your ticket, Parsons and you haven't fooled me.

Parsons basically calling us idiots. Charming eh? If he doesn't deliver us our LE then an EGM will be called to have him removed. The very thought of this BOD keeping their noses in the money trough for any longer than is needed does not sit easy with me. If people don't hold him to account then he will remain silent and hunkered down. He will get stick every day he chooses to remain silent. Silence is not golden, trust me. Silence is bad on AIM. It's almost always followed by bad news, or news that you were hoping wouldn't come your way e.g. having to "go long."

And in case anybody has forgotten, JJ has a finance package on his desk with Enegas, which I believe he will exercise. This is AIM where CEO's and their cronies get rich at PI's expense. Do not trust this BOD to deliver #dreamsinthedesert. It's #nightmaresinthesandpit at the moment and I'm very unimpressed.

PNE79 - I have seen the situation for what it is. Why haven't you? Surely you're not that blinkered? Looks like you are though. Chip shops, spam, wine drinking and multiple wives are all far more entertaining than any post you have penned. You can join the long list of bores who infest this bb. Wise up and smell the coffee. Don't be another mug punter.

KTF - at least you can't call me a boring poster unlike you who has absolutely zero sense of humour. This bb is divided if you haven't already noticed. Half of us seem to believe that Parsons won't deliver us our LE and the other half believe he will - usually the ones who are nursing such high average share prices that they have no choice but to pretend to be positive. How many of you have already commented something along the lines of, "believe me, I'll be one of the first ones to cuss JP if he doesn't deliver us a decent deal." The truth of the matter is, that you are weak and have no balls. The difference between you and me is that I am prepared to put my neck on the line for saying what I see and you tell it thinking about the LE party and how many people will come up to you and shake your hand. You're a crowd pleaser, KTF and a pathetic one at that.

Tapper - my sense of smell was jaded like most of us at that particular juncture in time. As this circus show has progressed, or should that be regressed, my sense of smell has become very acute indeed. I know that gas smells like unlike certain members of the SOU BOD and I also know was excrement smells like. It seems some of you are still deciphering what the difference is.

The writing is already on the wall, andytr. I can smell a rat a mile off these days. There's no way we'll receive a credible deal and the irony of that is I don't think the SOU BOD mind too much. So long as they have their noses buried in the money trough and so long as they continue to fund their lifestyles, they don't mind dragging this one on for as long as they see fit.....or should that be, until we unfortunately run out of dosh and the assets get moved into SoundNewCo following our delisting from AIM. That circa £30m debt that is carried against SM is too big a debt to brush away under the mat hoping that nobody notices. It's actually the noose around our neck and even the keenest disciples out there won't deny that. This has been a gamble that hasn't paid off, I'm afraid to say. We just couldn't find commercial gas with our recent drills and now we will all pay the price of #failure.

If we don't hold Parsons to account, then he will think we all don't care about what happens. The fact is, we do all care and we do all want a successful conclusion to all of this. Parsons' reputation depends on the result of the so called LE, assuming there is to be one. The weight falls onto his shoulders and only he can decide the fate of SOU. I will not deviate from my belief that we won't receive a credible deal and that we will have to "go long" and continue with some more drilling. I say this very much on the back of nothing else going right for any of my AIM investments. If I think about the worst case scenario, nearly always does it come true, much to my shock horror. I don't trust any of the SOU BOD and that is my personal choice. Long bouts of silence are usually a bad thing with AIM shares, which is something I learnt the hard way at MYSQ having lost 6 grand of my hard earned cash and denying myself the opportunity to use that money to purchase a new Chuckle Wagon. I did however, the other day, purchase a new personal number plate. Not the one I really wanted, but not a bad second best.

I doubt you'll get a definitive answer from Crude as he won't put himself in the same situation that I do. I have constantly put my neck on the line for what I believe to be the case, even if at times it sounds as though I am talking down my own investment. I say it how I see it and people should at least respect that - even if it appears I change my mind every two seconds. I am not going to change my mind this time around though and believe that the LE was just a lure to keep us mug punters interested and sticky to the share. It worked a treat because most of us got suckered in to the hype. Me included. Others saw through the hype and managed to exit with decent returns e.g. BC1980 who I spent most of the night with at The Gherkin, who sold-out the following day. Fair play to him.

The clock is ticking and the only reassuring fact about that, is that Parsons needs to come clean with what the situation is. The Parsons bashing will probably continue on a daily basis until we get answers. He is hunkered down in his bunker at the moment and has been since May. It's time he comes out and faces the troops and tells us what is going on. He had an awful lot to say about himself and the company when he thought there was a chance we'd find commercial gas. The offer of bottled farts from Chuckle Energy still remains. If he needs to get his BCF's looking sexier then give me a call and I'll see what STZ and I can do. GLA.

Nurse Jennifer? What ever happened to Nurse Gladys? It's sounding like another Carry On movie. 'Carry On Nursing'. When wine and Wannabe 5 are involved, it always creates great drama. I look forward to some amusing anecdotes this weekend, Trellis. Enjoy the remainder of your "caring week."

I'm not sure he can call himself the "deal maker" at the moment. More like the "meal maker" as he is making a right meal out of this and putting we poor PI's through an emotional rollercoaster ride, which was never how I imagined the build-up to our so called LE would be. This has been downright miserable to say the least. Glad to see your tail is still wagging though and hope your back is better.

Table football competition this afternoon in Sevenoaks. My money is on JJ with his wandering eyes. Very useful when working out the best route to get the ball in the back of the net. Mitchener will be scoring own goals and Parsons will be stomping around the office like a spoilt child telling everybody how good he is at football and then will get thrashed 10-0 on his first game.
