Actually, all three of those plates I quoted are not available. You'll have to ask Crudehope for some advice as he as far as I am aware, is the only one on here who has a SOU related personal plate.

There's plenty of plates to choose from.

It will be new in the sense of replacing my current one, but I never buy a brand new car, no. Waste of money due to depreciation. My current car is 17 years old but has pretty much flown through its MOT at VW who commended me on the state of it. It's very enjoyable to drive and very comfortable too and I have a new personal number plate to go onto it this week. What's not to like?!

The point I was trying to make to Jobbs is that I have nothing to lose and that's a luxury to have these days. Jobbs can live in his fantasy world if he chooses, but there are many on here who have gambled more than they can afford to lose out of pure greed and ironically, they will be the first ones who come on here publicising the fact that they have lost their house and their marriage has failed. I choose not to be married and that doesn't make me a weirdo. I choose to drive a banger because every posh car I have ever driven end up being trashed and I don't have a house. I have a 4.4% cholesterol rating, go to the gym most days and walk / run/ swim. I don't think that makes me morbidly obese. I'm just big boned I guess!

Not true. They have another game of 'pin the tail on the donkey' planned for 2pm today. The only issue they foresee is that they have a shortage of tails available to pin, down in Sevenoaks.

Jobbs - I won't throw in the towel. Not at this late stage. It's now become a binary gamble. If I win then fair play and if not then I am not going to sulk and cry like a baby because I have already written the money off in my head. Have you mentally and somewhat physically prepared for what may happen? I suspect not. My whole portfolio is currently showing a paper loss. It doesn't mean I will sell any of them. That probably makes me a bad investor, but selling now will be like giving up and so long as there is a glimmer of hope, I'll keep my chips on the table. Believe me, I am so not alone when I say this. Most of us are nursing averages higher than the current share price. The difference between me and some of you is that should I lose all my money on his investment, it's not going to cost me my house, my car, my marriage and my general wellbeing. I'll eat spam today and I'll be eating spam whatever the result is. Just don't come on here moaning that you've lost your house and the wife is leaving you because you won't get any sympathy from anybody this time around.

The days, weeks, months are ticking-on by and soon enough we will receive the RNS stating that we are "going long." I can't see there being a LE this side of Christmas. I'm just not picking-up the vibe that something amazing is just around he corner. Too many signs that tell me otherwise. I guess we're all just idiots being kept in suspense for now.

Next week will be 4 months on from whence the "Marketing Process" commenced, back on May 22nd. Yes, silly me for not taking into consideration the unfortunate corking of some of your bottles. I also realise impromptu hospital visits can deplete your stocks as well as what my brother has just referenced i.e. confusing one county for another. The Chuckle Cellars are once again out-of-stock at present - mainly due to the fact that we don't have a cellar. I may roll up to Lidl later on and see what cheap plonk they have on offer. It has to be better than the rubbish I swigged the other day.

They had the opportunity to deploy Omar Bouzalmat and his divining rods. Omar is like a sniffer dog. He would have been able to sniff the location of the gas and would have aided with the decision as to where to poke the drill bit. Levelup? That's where SOU went wrong. Whacking holes in the ground and hoping that we'd find gas was just too much of a gamble IMHO. More science and more analysis was needed before choosing the drill sites. You will recall, that the whole process was somewhat rushed, plus we are yet to drill our third and final well at Te-11. Some exploration programme that was, eh? It was a botched job from start to finish. If they knew what they know no, Te-9 and Te-10 would have been drilled in totally different locations. I realise that hindsight is a wonderful thing, but as Elvis once said, "only fools rush in."

Didn't Parsons comment that Echo was a definite ten bagger during their Investor Launch Event? I recall watching the video and cringing and that was some time ago. Even Pardeep choked on his tea at the hyping that was going on that day. Hence why I have never invested in Echo and Coro and have no intention to. Good luck with your investments though, Trellis. I'd personally stick to wine drinking as there is a 100% COS that it won't let you down.

The seismic is only as good as the people who are interpreting it. So far, those that have interpreted it, or attempted to anyway, have consequently made incorrect decisions. And we all know that 2D seismic isn't as good as 3D seismic, which I still maintain should have been deployed over the chosen drill sites before poking the rusty drill bit in the sand. Malcy agrees too. Yes, it costs more but as it turns out, the price we are all paying now far outweighs the cost of deploying 3D seismic. How ironic is that?

A very candid post, Chipandputt. I like your pseudonym too. Any reference to 'chips' gets my vote. I'm wondering if you'd like to join the BOD of Chuckle Energy? I like your "tell it how you see it" approach.

I think what STZ was alluding to is that there is more gas in his underpants than what SOU has discovered in recent times. I should know because I have to live with him. Our small living space always seems to get smaller every time he breaks wind. Living the dream.

I'd take what any of the BOD say / have said with a pinch of salt these days. We need hard facts and some news to chomp on. We've spent the last 5-6 months speculating and predicting. If I wanted a job as a soothsayer, I would have phoned Mystic Meg instead of investing my hard earned dosh here.
