MYSQ Sale Per Share Price13 Nov 2018 10:13
Looking at our 52 week high price, it is still 4.15p up until 4th January 2019.
Could an offer come in before or after this date, I wonder?
Have we established that an offer is not dependent on us having a NOMAD in place in circa a month's time? I think somebody on here said that if we sell the company rather than carry-on trading, we wouldn't need to have a NOMAD in place. Is this 100% correct? If somebody knows then please can you clarify this, so we can put this question to bed?
Also, does the offer price have to be at least equal to the 52 week high share price, or does that not apply as we're a BVI company and not bund by UK law? Again, if somebody knows the answer to this question, it would be great if we could have some clarity over this.
If a sale needs to be made before our trying to find a new NOMAD deadline date, then wouldn't the 4.15p share price high still be pertinent / active in terms of a takeover offer, despite where the share price is at the moment?
