There is value to what we have built-up and achieved. Nobody can deny that -not even the most hardened derampers out there. What that value is, is for the BOD to negotiate with the would-be buyer(s), assuming somebody out there sees potential in acquiring our assets. Remember too, that the current share price isn't really a guide as to what the takeover price should be, other than to relate to what the 52 week share price high was, but I don't even know whether or not that applies to MYSQ given that its accounts are offshore in BVI.

There has to be a takeover now, surely??? We're worth I'd say 2p-3p right now and that's the course the BOD should be looking to take. We never had enough cash to exercise our desired strategy and Eric should have been man enough to acknowledge that at the beginning of this year and let Tencent take us out, but he wanted to stick around, gamble with our money and do as he pleased. Why he was paid one year's salary on departing needs to be further investigated too. If you leave a company on your own volition, as he was purported to do, then you aren't entitled to any severance pay, is the way I understand things because I have been in that position a few times before in my working career. If a company approaches you and effectively makes you redundant from your position, then that is when you are sometimes entitled to a severance pay - usually something in line with your wage, whether it be a couple of months or in Eric's case, one year.

Yes, this is not the end as I said earlier. Await further news. We could be pleasantly surprised or gutted. We just don't know what's coming next. Hope whatever happens, the BOD do right by the shareholders.

Maybe we are just overreacting and things will sort themselves out. I'm going to stop second guessing and follow my own advice and wait for the facts to be presented to us and find out what the next course of action is.

Just hope Tencent buy us out for a decent price per share so we can put this one to bed and move on with our money.

Chong was Eric's paid robot. I bet Chong knew exactly what was going on with regards to the finances. He was probably told to keep schtum and sit politely and pretend everything was just fine. You could see the pain etched all over his face during the videos where he was sat next to Eric. Especially the one where user numbers were discussed and to which Eric said something along the lines of we have the potential to be bigger than MOMO and still used to 20 million as his best guess. I think it was another Proactive TV interview with Andrew.

Now it makes sense why Pottinger and Chong were giggling like nervous schoolchildren in the recent video. They must have known about what the financial situation was at the time of making that video. What really happened prior to the interview? Did they beg Andrew of Proactive TV not to ask them about their financial position or to delve too deep into why Eric left. According to them, they said "Eric's departure couldn't have gone any smoother". What the hell did they mean by that? There's nothing smooth about losing a CEO and then having to pay him a whole year's salary without any clear explanation to its shareholders. Did they discover that Eric had been putting his hand in the till? Is that why he was potentially asked to leave? I don't believe for one moment that he left under his own volition. Then this new company come along out of the blue to lend us 600k, which now looks like they have refused to do.....but for what reason? Did they notice something that they didn't like the look of? And what now for the Tencent WeChat and MYSQ arrangement? Is that still going to forge ahead at some point or is that now dead in the ground too? I begged Chong to look at selling to Tencent for weeks and weeks on here but he did not communicate to we PI's or heed our advice. These guys are supposed to be professionals. How could they get it so, so wrong with regards to the finances? No, it sounds very much like somebody has looked into the accounts and discovered a whole host of anomalies that I bet point to company fraud and money laundering. I hope that somebody pays the price and going back to what was mentioned last week, picks up soap for a very, very long time.

Let's hope we have at least one more BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM. We so deserve it.

Somebody has clearly looked at the accounts in the detail it deserves and found anomalies, which I suspect are being further investigated right now. What those anomalies entail and what they mean for our future is currently up for debate, but until we are in possession of the facts, it's difficult to arrive at a definitive conclusion.

In the interim, I clearly take all of the blame for the share price crashing due to my overzealous ramping! I don't regret a single one of my "booms" and have no shame.

Nobody has mentioned what the new guy, Stephen Austin has to say about all of this. Maybe his name was mentioned by somebody a few days ago if my memory serves me correct, but this guy has recently joined the team and we haven't had a single utterance from him. Does anybody find that a tad strange?

I don't think this is the end for MYSQ by the way. I really don't. I think they just need some time to review the accounts and try and find a pot of money from somewhere. Failing that, find a would-be buyer who can absorb us all and sundry.

Yes, TW called it right. Well done to him is all I can say. He saw what some of us didn't want to admit to seeing as we swathed ourselves in false boomages. I remain a fan of his and will pay much closer attention to his articles. Hell, I may even become a paid subscriber because it could have saved me a lot of money, plus just like Tom, I am a fellow Old Warwickian.

Looks like Eric has delivered the final blow by not freeing-up the 1 million RD loan. He has jumped ship and cut our throats. He simply needs to be investigated and hopefully arrested.

Does that mean that the 600 grand was never paid to MYSQ then, for the recent placing?

Mcsquares is right and as I keep on saying, this is not over. We need to wait for the next news bite to see where the land lies. I have nothing more to add because just like you, I am not equipped with all of the hard facts regarding the current situation.

I was expecting a personal battering on the bb's today, but as I have said in the past, it does not bother me. I have no shame and the only person I ultimately blame for investing in any share is myself. I will carry on expressing myself about any share in the way I see fit. Call it deramping or ramping.....at the end of the day, I'll try and tell it how it is. I genuinely thought we were on the verge of something better here at MYSQ, what with the Payments Licence and Eric's departure etc. It's only money at the end of the day as SolihullMike says. I'm not going to let it get to me as much as some of you will. Our health is the most important thing, so stay healthy and remain positive until we all 100% know where the land lies with MYSQ. Who knows? We could find a way out of this fog.

SeedofSatan - thanks for your empathetic comments. Much appreciated. Call it karma, but everybody who invested here is now under water and out of pocket until we hear otherwise. As I said, let's wait to hear what the company says before jumping to any more conclusions.
You're right though: the moment I started investing the share price went down. I must have jinxed it then! Mjnd you, I have the very same problem with the other 12 of my shares. That's AIM for you. One big giant casino where the banker always seems to win.

You have retired from investing in shares more times than Rocky Balboa has with his boxing!! You'll be back again after that beer or several that you're just about to drown your sorrows in.

I wish people would stop saying that this is the end and we're over. Can we please at least agree to agree that we should all await the next news to see what the situation is? No point in blaming each other and creating any more negativity on this bb than there already is. Let's deal with the facts as and when they are provided to us. We have all done enough GUESSING up until this point about the general direction of the company, bar a few derampers who called it right e.g. Gadzuric, Chris2 and my own twin brother Simonthezealot.

It seems that we PI's have been misinformed, lied to and led up the garden path. Let's see what happens next, but IMO a certain somebody needs to be investigated.

It does sound on the face of it that money was illegally laundered, but as you say, let's wait to hear what their investigations find. I'm adding two and two and getting four, if you know what I mean and without accusing a certain somebody.
