Well that's positive news then, surely? To me that means there is now a real possibility that the company will be sold as a going concern, all and sundry. And hence my comments about the only viable option being a sale and not to drag this one on any longer than is necessary.

How you managed to get this information is more of a concern as this surely is insider knowledge?? Do we believe you, or do we choose to ignore you? Either way, this is sensitive information that you should not be leaking on any social media site. The staff I suspect should have all been made to sign NDA's as part of their redundancy. If one of the staff has gone against this and leaked the information to you or any other informant, then that is deadly serious.

Go and have a look at the size of some of the trades that were placed only one or two days before suspension. How do you think those people are fairing?

The point is, we have been grossly misled by past members of the BOD here and it seems that we have been lied to in the most disingenuous way. This whole debacle is being investigated now and all we can do is await the next news to learn what our fate is.

I like others on this bb, still maintain that a sale of the company is really our only viable option. I don't believe we will go bust as you quite clearly do. I remain positive that there is a glimmer of hope that this mess can be sorted and our books brought back to parity and then we can be packaged-up and sold. We need to find a new NOMAD within the month, which if needed to facilitate a sale, I hope won't be too problematic.

GG79 - I beseech you NOT to carry-on with your nefarious messaging. Neither is it conducive towards anybody's sanity, but I find it rather patronising. I have been investing since the 1990s so don't profess to be the font of all knowledge when you no doubt have lost money or misread situations during your investing career.

At least I maintained my sense of humour throughout all of this, which I know some investors appreciated. I repeat again that I remain positive that there will be a decent outcome from what is a dire situation. As my brother says, hopefully those that have been lied to can get their money back and hopefully move on from this with lessons learnt.

There is not one person who hasn't learnt from this, so don't now start banging-on about what I have learnt. It's difficult to fully gauge what is really going on when you're being lied to. There has to be an element of trust from our BOD's at the end of the day and if they have been proven to be dishonest then let the relevant authorities deal with them.

Don't blame me. Everybody has lost money there including me. We have been lied to by past members of the company it seems, which is currently being looked into. The company is not yet finished and there is some hope left. Just waiting to see what the next news brings. Nothing more to say at this stage.

The company is not over and you talk as though it is. We who are invested will wait for our next news from the company and not your negative spin on things. You talk about me as though I am naïve. I've been banging-on about MYSQ being sold for months and months. Other LTH's were reminding me that they were content to wait for years if it came down to it , to reap their reward. Yawn....
And at the end of the day, people have been lied to here. We can only really go by the information that is RNS'd to us and the rest of it is all a wild guess.

The reason why I mention the article in The Times is that is the first time I have seen any reference to the fact that the company may be sold i.e. "considering a possible sale". At last, is what I say! Up until this point there has been little indication from anywhere as to what is coming next. Maybe the BOD finally get it and have hopefully read and listened to my comments and other pro-sale comments from others. We don't want to drag this one out any longer than we need to, which is why I recommend first tidying-up the mess that has been created by the predecessors and then second to sell the company and its assets as a going concern to whoever is interested in buying us. I also reiterate that we have already built-up is worth something. Just a matter of working out how much that is, while at the same time being sympathetic to the shareholders for the unfair nonsense we have been subjected to.

You aren't even invested here anyway so why do you spend your time in between visits to the toilet to post on here, jibing at me. Stop being a pompous dotard all your life. This one ain't over until it's over and it ain't over yet. Get me?

Interesting that the article in The Times says at the end of it they are "considering a possible sale".

If the two Executive Directors and Chong are reading this, I urge you please to sell the company off to the highest bidder and once you have managed to tidy up the mess that has landed on your laps. The missing money needs to be recovered, I would suggest that the 300k golden goodbye money given to Eric is revoked until further investigations have been conducted and re-awarded to him only if he is proven to be innocent, that any severance pay given to Piers "Pies" Pottinger is also revoked and paid back to the company.

Should we be in a position whereby all of the missing money is recovered, then we could be sold off as a going concern having very little or no dent at all. In fact, we should in theory be in credit if the missing million is found and if we can get the money back from prize numpty Eric, then even better, although by no means guaranteed. I would also like there to be a retrospective investigation into the accounts in previous years since the company floated on AIM to see if there are indeed any further anomalies.

I would suggest that if / when the company is sold, that a full investigation ensues, which can typically take up to 3 years before people are convicted from what I know. All of the evidence needs to be gathered together and presented in a court of law.

Schaer and Pottinger ought to be disgusted with themselves though. How the pair of them can sleep at night beats me. Goldminer and his buddies will be on to the pair of them reading the comments from yesterday. I think the pair of them reside in Singapore.

Good point, RonnieB. Has this been happening in other years too? I hope the people looking into this look at the books from previous years to see if there are any more anomalies. Wouldn't surprise me if they find all sorts of nasties lurking in the accounts. In the right hands, with the right CEO taking care of our revenue, we could have made a really great go of things. I hope this is not the end for MYSQ because we were so much better than the situation we now find ourselves in. The people guilty of these wrongdoings need to pay a serious price as they have in effect, stolen money from hard working and honest PI's.

Now we know why Eric never really showed himself or communicated effectively to shareholders. He was probably too busy helping himself to our hard earned money, along with the rest of his cronies. I had his ticket a long, long time ago as you can see by my comments. I'll look out for these warning signs if I ever buy any more shares. The only CEO I trust at the moment is James Parsons of SOU and even he is not to everybody's liking. The joys of AIM eh?!

I have around 20k or so invested at the moment across a number of shares that are all down, so I'd lose the majority of that initial investment and take what little of it I can and add to my money already invested in SOU. Assuming SOU manage to get any luck from their upcoming drills, then there is half a chance I could recover some losses, but a chance is all it really is. I would need SOU's Liquidity Event to deliver me at least 2 pounds per share to get my money back, which is possible with luck and good fortune on my side. I'm afraid it's looking like I may have to do this sooner rather than later, which is rather desperate but sometimes desperate measures are required in desperate situations. Do I put my money on 'red' or 'black'? Hehe....

Sliotar - by the way, sorry for some of my rude comments to you over the past few weeks. It seems that your suspicions were correct all along. However, we have all been duped and you like me still has money invested here, which we hope we can get back....somehow! Right now, we are all lemmings walking towards the cliff face!

Sliotar - we think that something was said or implied in that interview that somebody wanted to have erased for whatever reason - maybe so that they wouldn't be implicated for something they may have done....or simply to keep face. Either way, the video "could" have been used as evidence against an individual or group of individuals in a court of law.

It wouldn't surprise me if Chong suspected there were shady dealings going on all around him but chose not to question them and Eric as this would appear dishonourable to the CEO. The bloke always looked so very pensive and disappointed every time that we saw him sat next to Eric. The body language sort of gave it away and the nod of his head when sat next to Pottinger in the recent video was even more telling. I suspect he will hang around until MYSQ's conclusion should they indeed go bust and will probably be paid his redundancy fee. If MYSQ manages to continue then I don't think he'll hang around and will probably be present up until a new CEO has been found - at which point he will tender his resignation. The third option, which at the moment I am undecided about is that he was part of this so-called fraud through no fault of his own but I guess being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I am hoping Chong has been cleverer than that but right now.....nothing surprises me. I hate the AIM and wish I never threw my money at it. Complete and utter waste of time and has only brought misery into my life. I won't spend another single penny on any share going forward and am just going to wait to get some money back from the other dog bitten shares I have, or sell them all at a loss and throw any remaining money into SOU in one last ditched effort to recoup some money - assuming they hit the motherlode from at least one of their forthcoming three drills. It's rapidly coming down to a black or red moment with my remaining cash I think. Crazy, desperate times for a lot of us, it seems.

Sliotar? Yesterday I commented that the Pottinger / Chong Proactive video had been pulled and all of the links to it erased. Please see yesterday's comments about this.

I still think that if it's at all possible, we should tidy-up the books, attempt to recover the money that has gone astray, including the 1 year salary that was ridiculously paid to ES and SELL the company off to the highest bidder as a going concern. If we do manage to find a Broker and re-list on AIM, we will probably be subjected to dilution after dilution well into 2019 and probably beyond, which as I said the other day, nobody wants to really be subjected to. We've been through enough already and I for one just want to see this whole debacle rapidly concluded and hopefully get some money back.

The 900 grand that has gone missing? Was this the money that came from that raise last year, which was for approx. 1 million? I recall asking questions for a while after that raise as to how and where the money was being spent. STZ did too. On the face of it, it appears that the money has been siphoned out of the company in bite sized chunks and placed into other associated accounts. Just as I thought was the case the other day when I typed one of my messages on the subject.

We had that former CFO resign back around April for which there is a RNS. Wham, Bam thank you Man - his name sounded like. He left after this money had been moved out of the company. I wonder if he now is implicated because being the CFO, he surely would have known about this.

Then Chong came along. I just hope he isn't caught-up in all of this too. Not good.

No surprises that SP Angel have jumped ship. Didn't they leave us last year and then come back? I'll have to go back through the RNS's again. SP Angel is another company that Tom Winnifrith despises judging by his articles. Could SP Angel also be implicated? Possibly.

So we have one Broker left in SVS and we now need to find a new NOMAD within 1 month of today. Meanwhile, ATLAS must be either licking their lips or fuming because they are wondering if they'll get their 1.8 million back. As preferential shareholders, I suspect they will get their money back. Or will they decide as some have already said, to take some sort of ownership of our company. Here my knowledge runs weak, so others on here will know what the process is.

There is still a slim chance we'll pull through this but it's looking less and less likely as each day passes. Unless we can retrieve the lost money and find a new backer or have some money loaned to us, then it's curtains down I'm afraid to say.

I hope those that put their hands in the till get found out, named and shamed and dealt with by the relevant authorities. On the face of it, it sounds very much like corporate fraud took place at MYSQ.

Maybe that missing money has ended-up on his waistline. Pies Pottinger.

Thanks EXMEX. So I wasn't imagining it then. The interviews have been pulled. Perhaps something was indeed said or implied in that interview that somebody didn't want to be publicly aired in fear of it being used as incriminating evidence. Maybe Pottinger was the one who asked them to be pulled before he jumped ship in a vain attempt to safeguard his already crippling reputation. It's OK because Tom Winnifrith is compiling a dossier that will be sent to the FCA for their perusal. Pottinger is included in his dossier.
