He is one of the lucky few that aren't under water at the moment. Therefore, I conclude that he must be doing something right. Don't you dare ensue that he is behaving like a trader either. The pair of us have never traded any share and the money sits in his ISA. He's here to make money just like you and me so don't talk ill of him. I have only ever had praise for you, which you can see in my recent posts and it was I that came out and defended you when you were getting attacked by fellow posters on here. Don't make me change my mind about you. You are the biggest fan of JP? That's the biggest understatement I have heard all year. You're practically mounting his leg every time you see him in person. I like JP but not to the extent that you purport to. It's somewhat unhealthy at times and maybe you should try and be a little less full on with your praise of him at times. You and others attack us when we deramp and now attack us when we say anything positive about this share. We can't win, which is very unfair treatment. Any more nasty comments and I'll start reporting people to the LSE Admin'. Nuff said.

Unusual spike in share price given that most of the day it's been a bit "meh".

Yes, they won't answer any questions that directly address what the company value may or may not be come the LE. Quite simply, it will weaken their negotiating position.

Anything I direct to the Nomad will probably fall upon deaf ears. And besides, we no longer have a Nomad. Tom Winnifrith sent a list of allegations off to all of the relevant regulators as well as the Nomad and it fell upon deaf ears. AIM is corrupt and so heavily underregulated that it's very difficult to know what to do and who to go to in situations like this.

I really don't know where we all go from here. I want my money back because I was blatantly lied to, but I don't feel there is anybody out there who can help. Been to the MYSQ Investors page this morning to se if there is any more news, but nothing.

What gets me livid is that we all of a sudden ran out of money. Surely Chong would have seen how much we had left in our bank. To suddenly run out of money is simply crazy when as a last resort, he could have done another equity raise. The lack of money situation would have surely been evident from several months ago, but all we got told is that tremendous shareholder value was being created for us and lots of smiling faces when discussing our various projects e.g. with Tencent. By the way, I still don't know what ever happened to the deal we designed with Tencent for WeChat? Is that now finished or is it still going. What would have been useful is if Chong had out of courtesy more than anything, organised an Investors Meeting or a conference call in which we could ask questions and hopefully receive answers as to what the hell is going on. Losing this money means I have no more chips to play with and I'm effectively been kicked out of the game on the sidelines.

I believe that due to the lies we were clearly been told, which include a series of now wiped videos which promise the earth, we should be awarded our money back. I can't believe they gave that creep Eric one year's salary on his departure and ironically in doing so, crippled the whole of the company including we shareholders.

The police should be tracking him down and anybody else that is implicated in these crimes. Instead, the slimy so and so is galivanting around Dubai laughing at our comments as he counts his money piles. There seems to be no justice for the innocent yet the guilty run away with all of the missing money. How many Rolex watches did he buy for himself out of our money? It's a complete and utter disgrace yet nobody is running to our help, which I find deplorable.

Any suggestions anybody?? What hurts the most is any hope I had for getting rich has now been smashed. I put my money where my mouth was and I have been badly punished when the guilty are schmoosing around some luxury resort with yours and my money, topping-up their fake tans. They better hope that they never cross our paths. Even better, lock them all up and throw the keys away so that they can't mess up anybody else's life.

The irony exists that if JP wasn't holding a FSC and then following it up with a CC, some people on here would be moaning about the lack of communication from the BOD in which is a delicate time for the company given the failure at Te-9 and the crucial forthcoming drills.

I am wondering if a RNS was logged right at the end of today for a 7am entry tomorrow.

The Chuckle Wagon broke down today and so I had to stand in the cold for a couple of hours. On returning to home I was greeted by a smiling Simonthezealot who in my absence decided to jump back in again at 11p. Fair play to him is what I say cos I am #anchored at a much, much higher price. Anything could happen over the next 2 days in terms of exciting news so this is not a share to be out of right now IMO. I hope to add some more but I'm still nursing my wounds after the demise of MYSQ.

My brother is probably right in that the Directors will ensure they pay themselves their wages and the staff too who have allegedly not been paid for a couple of months. PI's will be the last in line to fight over the scraps assuming there are scraps to fight over. We have been robbed and it's downright disgusting.

Will our golden tickets turn into golden showers? I suppose it depends on whether or not Trellis can make the toilet in time.

It would bring a lot of comfort to a lot of people if he goes down for a very long time. As I've commented before, those Asian hot house prisons can be absolute hell holes. When it gets hot the inmates can get awful randy. Nuff said. You get the picture.

It brings me comfort that one of your dusty bottles of red wine vinegar may just save me from drowning. And should I wish to not prolong my pain and suffering, I could always open said bottle to put me out of my misery. A perfect recipe for any hardened Sound investor.

Trellis - an important reminder to all of us that all of your crates and bottles will be "empty". As if you'd ever leave any of them full / half full anyway!! Hehe....
The moral of this story is always to remember to bring your life vest to a SOU FSC and or CC.

Why would JP want to hold at FSC at 6pm tomorrow...yes 6pm.....when it is after business hours, when it clashes with most people's dinner time, when it is after hours in terms of the market closing? Isn't there anybody else on this bb who is a tad curious as to the timing of this FSC? Seems rather odd holding it at this time and even stranger that it is to be followed-up on the very next morning by a 90 minute CC in which the main points of the FSC will be summarised and discussed. Hmmmm I reckon we have found a buyer. Looks like the LE could...I repeat could......come a lot, lot sooner than some people have estimated.
