You don't have to pay a load of city boys thousands of pounds to come up with a pretty analysis document regarding CLNR. They should have come to me and I would have told them free-of-charge what I think. It would have saved them a lot of bother and money too.

These guys will lose P2248 and they know it.....it's so them. Useless. They will reapply for it in the summer and fail to get it back and go after a load of other licences and struggle to get those too. They might be lucky and get one or two in the next round, but nothing that is going to set the world on fire.

And amongst all this pantomime will come a sneaky equity raise just to cheer you up. Mate, I've seen it all before and you don't need to be too savvy to see how things are going to pan-out here in the short to medium term. If you want my view on the long term? Just a lot of waiting and waiting and waiting around for results to come coupled with yet more equity raises and dilution.

What the so called experts in the City don't always legislate for is good or bad sentiment. We all know by now that good sentiment can send a share price rocketing way above the value of a company's assets and the opposite is also true. The value also is biased towards there being success at the drill bit and does not take into consideration the possibility that they may have a duster or that they may encounter issues when drilling. In my opinion, this share at present is worth around 1.95p and I'm glad to see that there are others on here that concur with me.....even Scooby who is invested here. Only successful drilling results will cause this one to multi bag and that as we know is years away if at all. At some point going forward they will need to raise a substantial amount of money to help pay for their share of the drilling.

I am still perplexed as to why the BOD at CLNR didn't sell the whole of the company to Shell or one of the other major's. This constant forging ahead with not much money and big ambitions is all a bit too much for what is a minnow. Sometimes egos get in the way of sensible business decisions. I have been calling for Algy to sell this company for the past three years but he won't listen to me.

I'm not sure about values, but I do predict a revisit back down to 1.95p. I'll be back on here when the price is sitting at that level and potentially lower. That would then put the value at around what A1m and you have it at. I.e. £5m-£6m.

Don't say I haven't warned you either. This share is a dog and it will take a very long time for its tail to wag if at all. It might even have its tail docked. End of.

I find it unlikely that Licence P2248 will be retained. It will be relinquished and then reapplied for. Send an email to the guy in charge here and ask him and he'll give you the answer.

I was one of the fortunate one's who jumped ship on the recent 5p spike with a tidy profit. I warned people back then about the imminent drop-off in share price and I am warning you all again. P2248 will be relinquished in my opinion , which in-turn will create short to medium term pain with regards to the share price - potentially causing it to drop back to 1.95p or thereabouts. However, this is just my opinion after having been invested here for 3-4 years. I have learnt to see what the patterns are here and these guys are a very long way off obtaining any successful drill results if at all. Mid to late 2021 at the earliest and we all by now know that what isn't great for an AIM share price is the waiting and waiting and waiting. Traders jump on board just prior to any big news landing and then bail when times are slow or there is little or no news flow. Good luck if you want to sit it out for the next 2-3 years here, but don't say I didn't warn you if you are holding any profit now and you watch it dwindle away. That would be your own doing. Nuff said.

Be under no illusion, "Dick", that CLNR will most probably relinquish Licence P2248 and then attempt to reapply for it around August time. Should this happen, which I am expecting it to, then it will have a short term negative effect to the company's perceived value, so I have to agree with A1M1investor who I believe speaks a lot of sense. They may never get the Licence back of course after relinquishing it and that won't be great. Sure, they have other Licences in their portfolio but the potential of these won't surely be realised until some years into the future. The only way a share price such as this one is every going to 'bag' is via successful drilling results and not merely on the perceived potential of its assets. You should know that by now having invested in AIM for a number of years. You have effectively been schooled by A1M1investor.

Marrakesh - what has been more worrying as of late with some AIM companies e.g. MYSQ and FRR is that as soon as the proverbial hits the fan, then NOMAD with very little warning decided to jump ship. Who is our NOMAD again? Is it SP Angel? They are the ones who have been guilty of this behaviour as of late. I'm still nursing a 6 grand loss at MYSQ, which has in the meantime prevented me from topping-up here.

You could be right, Marrakeshreg. He may be going down the route of an asset sale rather than a whole company sell-off. Sell the Eastern Moroccan assets and in return receive a mini liquidity event and then transfer the remaining assets i.e. SM into the new company and either sell that asset off into the new financial year for another mini LE or seek a farm-in partner and go after the prize at SM. Perhaps where C4E comes in is that they could be the ones who buy SM with a farm-in partner i.e. a shared arrangement / ownership and go after the prize over there, which as we know could be in excess of 11 TCF.

I hope the boozer is big enough to accommodate what will probably be circa 200 Parsonettes holding SOU merchandise waiting for it to be signed in person by JP et al. The queue will extend most of the way down the road with a load of blokes in their 60's hardly being able to contain their excitement. Make sure you're wearing your nappies that day, chaps. It just strikes me as a bit strange going from a situation where any communication is purposely tight lipped to a casual pint down the boozer and a ploughman's sandwich. Can someone please remind me when that casual drink with JP and the Team is taking place in London? It seems unlikely that he will want to meet with a load of "investors" if he didn't have some good news to share - even on the morning of the meet up. Could be the results of the GSA? He may have found a buyer or farm-in partner for Sidi? Any groundbreaking news with regards to Te-10 won't be released IMO until late March / early April. Maybe he's found Luca's child? living in some grotty bedsit (I know the feeling!) addicted to gaming and wondering who his Dad is. The mind boggles.
