Hi FJ, I don't think 1p is going to be too much of a worry going forward especially with any news confirming of the buyout.

Buys are over ten times the volume of sales, tick up must be coming.

No volume, only three trades so far today, happily they look to be all buys.

I was heavily invested here a couple of years ago but got out pre lockdown at a sizable loss. I got back in a very modest way when it hit 0.5p in early March as the assets seemed so much better than the market cap (generally the only reason to invest in my view). Unusually for me I have to credit the bod for not going ahead with the planned investment in ONE-Dyas, that is looking to be a great decision at the moment. With cash available I think there will be some fantastic opportunites for Solo in the next 12 months.

Hi Ariel, fair comment so with the oil deal this weekend I will expect to see the market move it back up with any trades.

Hi, generally agree but this stock along with many others was way oversold. It was around 2.5 at the end of Feb so was it really worth worth a fifth of that two weeks later?
The main thing dragging companies down in the current crisis is large fixed costs, Solo has many faults but this isn't one of them, their assets are still in the ground and the calculation on this companies value is how much those assets will be worth in 5 or 10 years.

People buying today and tomorrow's sellers so best not to worry about it. The only thing that will really push the share price up in orders, revenue and profit.
Excellent article found by Ramzoid and David is sounding very bullish for the 20/21 future.

Agree with Analyst, Altair are there for the long term and won't be the ones who are selling. Too many Directors, Consultants and Finance companies who were paid out in shares is the current issue.
Looking forward to seeing the accounts and understanding the accurate revenue and spend figures. The order book is starting to grow and if that continues it will be a much brighter future.

This pattern of selling always happens when a share has be diluted like we have. As someone pointed out there are loan companies with shares, they will sell as soon as they can, because their profit was already in the deal. Similarly Directors and advisors were paid in shares.
The market cap should definitely be higher so if you are so inclined then take advantage of the low share price, otherwise it's a case of patience waiting for the orders to land and the cash to flow.

I fully agree, get the business in, reduce borrowing and a greatly improved share price has to follow. This company market cap should be a multiple of its turnover and I would be very interested in what we will achieve in 2020.
Therefore is a lot of cheap short term holdings in this stock so it will be bumpy for a while but value has to triumph in the longer term.

The MC here is below £8 million but with the existing announced contracts and MOUs the projected revenue here is way above a company of that value. If the board and company actually deliver on that revenue and even potentially generate profits then the share price must react positively.
Rather than discussing mm and who's selling what I would be more interested in how the existing work is going and when the revenue can be booked.

The share price has crept up a little as we are all waiting for a decision on the license, what is the forums view on the impact on share price of a positive outcome?

If the Align estimate for 2019 of revenue of €13.8m and a small pre-tax loss is correct then a share price increase of 170% over 12 months is reasonable. However if by 2021 revenue really is 9 times higher and profit 50 times greater then contemplating 170% increases won't even be an issue. I would suggest that for now day traders should trot on, if you are happy to be a LTH then I believe prospects are good.

Having worked on large scale projects myself I know there are lies, damn lies and the payment terms and their associated revenue recognition criteria. So even if you have the order signed in triplicate in virgin's blood, until certain project milestones have been signed off by a cast of thousands........
Having said all that I do think the outlook is promising here and my shares will be worth progressively more than they are now in one year, two years and three years. It looks Ian is trying to build a proper company here.

Infrastructure businesses like this work on longer term timescales than most. When contracts are signed there is a considerable lag until revenue is recognised and hits the balance sheet. The stuff in the Align paper however much credence you give to it, came from somewhere and probably in chatting from someone either in the company or with a knowledge of what is currently happening. The suggested revenue figures of Revenues €13.8m, €74.85m and €123.27m implies a slow steady growth rather than sudden spikes and troughs so loved on AIM. Estimates are of course just that and the real world may turn out for better or worse!

Hi Steve, we really are passengers here and the real action is between the Tanzanians and the Zubairs. I would be pretty sure that having spent the money they have the Zubairs are pushing pretty hard to get that license.

This does make perfect sense from all directions Altair acted as any investor would especially one sat on sub 1p warrants. They sold 136,363,636 shares as the price rose to 1.3p and 1.4p and used that cash to pay for their 163,027,158 warrants. I am actually impressed how well the share price has held up given the selling in effect of over £1.5 million of new stock, it clearly shows PI demand is there to absorb this. It will be interesting what happens to the share price without this seller filling all the buy orders.
Yes it is a dilution but when you issue warrants you have to expect them to be redeemed and positives are they are now clear and EQT has added cash in hand.

Hi, like MikeG74 I don't post here very often, way to noisy and accusative for me. This share will all come down to the contracts, if they appear like the bod is hinting, this share will do very well and we LTH will make really good money, if not the share price will stay where it is. I am optomistic otherwise I wouldn't be a LTH, why hold any share you don't believe in.
On the shorting, mm stuff we read everyday, I believe is the price is going down people are selling if its going up people are buying.

Yesterday we were 10% down on no news and no major sells and today we are 10% up again on nothing!
Absolutely crazy but someone is presumably making some nice short term killing.

Being purely pedantic:
10,000 shares would be a share price of £100 per share.
100,000 shares would be a share price of £10 per share.
