RE: Moving up10 Jun 2020 11:27
Someone mentioned 1p a share, that is a MC of around 40 million. Compared to the rest of our industry I feel we are ahead of most of the other players. Palumbo stated in March, revenue is up in 2020 due to North Fork and the other projects, we will break even in 2021 and revenue streams of 10s of million mainly California and Euro agrigas.
This sector tends to trade on jam tomorrow because of the long term promise it offers and the rewards for getting it right. So looking specifically at our peers; PHE no revenue, medium loss and 79m MC, AFC no revenue, medium loss 117m MC, ITM 4.6m revenue, medium loss 1,332m MC, CWR 15.3m revenue, medium loss 871m MC, VLS no revenue, big loss, 26m MC.
Several of these shares have increased 10 fold in the last 12 months (e.g. PHE and ITM) on the promise of future deals and revenue. EQtec are well led, great pipeline and as those deals land and revenue flows there has to be an adjustment. Personally 1p looks to be a very small target to me and we should be far more positive. Tick, tick tick....
