This share was stupidly underpriced until yesterday so the rise merely corrects that, turnover of £169.4 million, gross profit of £10.7 million and cash of £4.42 million. The other question is where this is going to be in 3-6 months given yesterdays RNS and the business opportunities. The LTHs have also long discussed takeover possibilities.

I bought in here on the trading update RNS mid June because the figures looked rediculous. A company with turnover of £169.4 million, gross profit of £10.7 million; profit after tax of £1.18 million oh and cash and cash equivalents of £4.42 million had a market cap of £4 million, please!
The only problem here has been a lack of volume and market attention (there was 1 trade in the whole of last week). Well I this that has been sorted today. The spread looks crazy and needs to get sorted with so few shares available people are having to pay the price for shares but it looks like the MMs are making an absolute killing.

Moving the registered office.

That MBO will already be in profit in 2019 is a very positive signal for the first half of 2020.
I think revenue and profit will benefit as you suggest .

The figures we have are from 2019 and according to the last RNS there has been no slowdown due to Covid19 and we know the virus has benefited companies with cashless technology. I suspect Mobilityone is in a much healthier position than we know but we cannot confirm it until we get hard figures. Similarly I expect the market cap and share price to respond positively.

Hi BD, agreed there are about 2,200 million new shares, if the majority of them are sold at current volume that is about a week to 10 days. It does depend whether news arrives, a big contract drop would clear that out pretty quickly.

The major positive about this morning is what do they need the £10 million for in such a hurry. I await announcements.

Fully agree, the unaudited 2019 figures show a gross profit of £10.7 million and a profit after tax of £1.18 million. Its worth one of the big boys buying them for the revenue and a single year tax right off alone. The MC is £5 million ffs.

According to the last figures the borrowings are less than the cash in the bank so they should already be cash positive. With this level of turnover and good profit the MC should be a multiple of the current £5 million.

It went down for a couple of days for absolutely no reason.......

We have two we run and soon to be profitable companies here, I just personally feel Eqtec is heavily undervalued for its performance and for the sector.

Hi Stokey, hope you are well. We have discussed this before and I have no issues with PHE as an investment though I am not invested personally, good luck to all and its a broad opportunity. I do feel the relative valuations of EQT and PHE mean that from here in July 2020 I prefer to invest in Eqtec and certainly over the next 12 to 24 months.

Somebody likes the idea based on the trading since....

Eqtec should be close to profit in 2020 and offering a solid return to investors in 2021. PHE seems a longer term play but enjoying a strong wave of shareholder interest. Unless I have missed something PHE have said nothing about revenues or profit in 2020 or 2021 (lost £2.35 million in 2019) and are heading for a major dillution as part of the Peel deal. Our market cap of £28 million while their valuation of £93m pre dilution does emphasise what good prospect EQT is.

Well as stated by the company MBO expects to make a profit after tax of £1.18 million (and will over £4 million in the bank btw) how about using at least half that profit as a dividend for its shareholders. So £599,000 across 106 million shares is around 0.56p per share or a 14% return on the share price. That should get MBO some attention in financial and investment circles.

Hi all, today we are exactly half way through 2020 (I know this because its my birthday which is always halfway point). So every day that ticks by takes us closer to 2021. I posted these figures a few days ago but it is worth repeating as people seem to focusing on individual deals rather than the cummulative picture. Yes Eqtec need to close new business and they will but existing contracts like North Fork are also generating money in the bank for years to come!
