RE: Woohoo. Perseverance has landed on Mars!!!!!19 Feb 2021 14:53
So, Airbus France will be building the satellite that will bring back rock samples from Mars. You could buy shares in Airbus (Defence and Space) for its ten year mission to build the first interplanetary cargo ship, OR ...
You could buy and/or hold GGP shares for a two/three year mission to achieve commercial gold [and other minerals] production on a totally de-risked project.
Duh, let me 'fink' a minute. GGP it is then!!!
I had my jab at Belle Vue - the AstraZeneca one. I arrived early and was told off. Boo hoo. I took one for the team. I knew I had a busy day. I told the moo behind the desk that Saxon Hall venue hadn't taken any notice of appointment times and I'd expected a bigger queue. That didn't go down well. They were having internet problems. I told them their desks were in the wrong place, in a dead zone created by the metal girder building they were in and they should sit by the windows. That didn't go down well either. ICT morons. I offered to go away and return in half an hour and that didn't suit moo face.
The nurses were lovely and happy as usual and I had a good laugh and a joke with them. I didn't feel the needle. Then I went shopping at Waitrose and filled my tank for £50 instead of the usual £80. That's a great price for diesel or what!!! Strange though, loads of shelves were empty at Waitrose, except the Mother's Day cards and Easter eggs' aisles, and my trolley represented that:)))
Apparently my other half was burning hot and freezing cold, with an awful headache and flu-type symptoms for 3 days after having the jab. Didn't tell me. Oh well. As for me?
