Ha ha, hi, VS. We made the lunchtime news. A reporter stood in front of Adventure Island and announced that the town was totally covered in snow. I didn't think our snow was THAT bad!!! Loads of cars going up and down my road.

I believe the US Government will receive about $3.9 trillion revenue in 2021, and there will be a causal Covid deficit, so I don't see why anyone would think that £4,179 per person would undermine faith in the country when releasing that amount is designed to have the opposite effect. It is called a 'Stimulus Package'.

I just saw the most unusual and rather nice RNS. A director sold some shares and it was explained why he had sold them, that it was his first sale since he had joined the company 13 years ago and he had sold them to pay his tax due to salary sacrifice schemes, and it pointed out just how many shares he still holds in the company. I think that's a very nice way to do an RNS.

I could walk down to the village early each morning, bathing in the sun's warmth, saying Buongiorno to everybody I meet before buying my hot, just-baked bread and retreating with my golden treasure to my little white-walled haven, sitting on a crazy-paved terrace in the shade of pine trees, looking out past the blue sea below and onwards to a smoking grey-red volcano in the distance to write that book I'm always thinking about.
